A good spot - not quite as nice as the pictures make it out to be (room sizes were as per photos but decorations were not as nice), but responsive host and seamless check-in and out. We stayed 8 ppl here, with two on the sofa bed. It was pretty squeezed but worked well overall and was good value.

Andreas a été un excellent hôte. Très réactif et proactif pour s’assurer que j’aie toutes les informations nécessaires à mon séjour. L’emplacement du logement est également excellent dans un très beau quartier, à proximité des tous les services et du centre de Stockholm. Je recommende !!

Good location. Close to plenty of good places to eat & easy access to tourist attractions.Apartment was very comfortable but the stairs to the bedroom were very steep.

Cet appartement est très joli, bien équipé avec une vue magnifique. Elias est très réactif et disponible. L'emplacement est très proche du métro et de supérettes à proximité. Vous avez également un espace aménagé pour vous baigner juste en bas de l'appartement. Je conseille +++

Im Großen und Ganzen zufrieden. Nicht so sehr hatte mir gefallen, dass die Couch sehr viele Flecken hatte. Das Bett ist etwas zu weich, aber das ist wohl objektiv.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung, vor allem dank der hervorragenden Lage! Die U-Bahn ist ganz in der Nähe und der Blick über Kungsholmen ist einfach wundervoll und unbezahlbar. Für zwei Personen ist die Wohnung ideal, allerdings wird es zu dritt etwas eng, da die ausgezogene Schlafcouch viel Platz einnimmt. Ein paar Dinge, die zu beachten sind: Die Wohnung ist recht hellhörig, was manchmal störend sein kann. Die Küche ist schon sehr klein und daher nicht wirklich zum Kochen geeignet. Auch das WLAN war während unseres Aufenthalts etwas instabil. Insgesamt aber eine sehr gute Wahl für kurze Aufenthalte, bei denen Lage, Anbindung zum ÖPNV und Aussicht im Vordergrund stehen!

Clean and amazing host

Olof's flat was very clean, nicely furnished, and a perfect location to restaurants, shops and transportation. Olof was very responsive and communication was quick and easy. I highly recommend his place for a Stockholm vacation.

Great stay at Elias's apartment in Sodermalm. Right in the center of a very hip neighborhood with tons of great restaurants and boutiques surrounding. Five minutes from the Medborgarplatsen metro station, easy to get to all tourist sites while being in a fun, more residential neighborhood. The apartment is exactly as described, clean, good size, quiet building. Only minor inconvenience is that the elevator is small and old and people forget to close the gate so it's often not working. The apartment is up three short flights of stairs so not a big deal.

Eine schöne und zentrale Wohnung in einem nicht so schönen Hinterhofhaus.

L'appartamento è davvero spazioso, luminoso e confortevole. C'è ogni cosa di cui si può aver bisogno anche per un soggiorno lungo. La casa era ben pulita e abbiamo dormito comodamente.La zona è molto tranquilla ma nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono vari servizi e i trasporti pubblici che portano in poco tempo a Stoccolma centro.Non abbiamo incontrato Andreas ma lui è stato sempre reattivo dandoci informazioni e consigli. L'unico problema è che la portafinestra per accedere al giardino era rotta e, pur avendolo segnalato un paio di volte, in 5 giorni non è stato fatto nulla per ripararla, impedendoci di usare gli spazi esterni. Inoltre ci è stato chiesto di disfare i letti togliendo la biancheria prima di andare via, sinceramente è una richiesta che mi è capitata solo in ostello. In ogni caso consiglio senz'altro questo appartamento per un soggiorno a Stoccolma.

The apartment is very nice and tidy, the area is quiet.Andreas responds promptly, although I did not have many questions - the instructions for moving in were exhaustive. All the equipment works perfectly, the move in was easy. I thought I would just spend the night there and walk around the city center, but in fact it turned out to be interesting to walk around this area. The metro is very close. I plan to stay here again on my next visit to Stockholm

La casa corrispondeva alla descrizione: pulita, ottima posizione, ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici.Siamo stati molto bene! Ho apprezzato la lavatrice, estremamente comoda! Sicuramente da consigliare

für uns hat einfach alles gepasst. das airbnb war genau wie in der beschreibung, die aussicht war echt wunderschön auf die stadt. es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. die kommunikation mit andreas hat super geklappt, wir haben alle infos bekommen die wir brauchten und er war super freundlich. auch die anbindung an die öffentlichen verkehrsmittel war sehr gut, man ist mit der fähre oder dem bus in ca. 15 min direkt in der stadt. wir können es auf jeden fall weiter empfehlen und kommen bestimmt wieder:)

Very comfortable and clean apartment and great value for money. The host was very helpful (via phoneNegative: The location was a little further from the center than I had anticipated, however this is reflected in the price so it was very good value for money. Also, to access the building needed a key code, to access the elevators needed a key code and to access the apartment needed a key code. Some of the key pads were tricky and needed multiple attempts and occasionally we needed help from local residents.

Would come back again.Positive: Very clean, the location is great. Lovely variety of restaurants nearby, 15 minutes walk from the subway that will bring you to anywhere in Stockholm very fast. The studio is modern and the basics of what you need for a trip to Stockholm are there.
