  <div>Scaling up!&nbsp;<br><br>We are proud to announce that once again we have managed to significantly grow the company, and our path to becoming the number one stop shop rental provider in the Nordics has gained momentum.&nbsp;<br>📍Revenue in year 2020/2021: 21M SEK<br>📍Revenue in year&nbsp; 2021/2022: 42M SEK (+100%)<br>📍Revenue in year&nbsp; 2022/2023: 68M SEK (+61%)<br>During this period, we have also grown profitably and have never brought in capital from external investors.<br>What also is excited to announce is that we are aiming to climb over 100M SEK revenue level for the year 2023/2024.<br>Stay tuned and see if our projections are right.&nbsp;</div>

Guestit continues to scale up!

  <div>Huge Taylor Swift impact in May 2024!</div><div><br></div><div>Impact of Taylor Swift Concerts in Stockholm on the STR Market is interesting to look into.</div><div>Including some boasting—we can't help it since we are so proud of our colleagues' execution this week!</div><div><br></div><div>After a negative market development during Q1 compared to last year, market RevPAR and sold STR-nights are reaching an all-time high in Stockholm in May 2024. We are really happy to see this positive trend for all market actors.</div><div><br></div><div>Guestit is outperforming the market RevPAR by over +40% for the month of May and approximately 250% for peak nights during the upcoming weekend, May 17th to 19th. The average Guestit portfolio RevPAR during this week is +3300 SEK compared to the market RevPAR of approximately 1400 SEK. SEE GRAPH below where grey represents the Guestit portfolio and red represents market averages. It is clear that most market actors are drastically underestimating the demand for Taylor week. We are, of course, very proud to see that Guestit’s pricing strategy really pays off when demand is high!</div><div><br></div><div>One highlight for us is a 25,000 SEK/night rate for a 2BR rental on Södermalm.   <div><strong>Åre Winter Season 2024!&nbsp;<br></strong><br></div><div>The winter season in Åre 2024 has been characterized by significant features and an interest rate that, historically, is significantly higher than in the past 20 years in Sweden. This has influenced the supply and demand in Åre. However Guestit are very pleased with our results and can lean back with a performance that far exceeds the market.<br><br></div><div>Here are some facts from the winter season 2024 in Åre:</div><div>- The supply of accommodations on the market in Åre has been +70% higher throughout the season compared to the previous year.</div><div>- Guestit has had a portfolio that is 100% larger than the previous year and managed about 10,000 bookings this year.</div><div>- Our owners have had significantly better occupancy during the most important weeks in Åre—Christmas, New Year, and the winter break weeks—compared to the market, which is great since we know many have struggled to get their accommodations rented out during these weeks.
