Step by step guide on how to inquiry and book a group-trip with guestit

At Guestit we take pride in offering comfortable and convenient short-term rental properties in multiple geographies throughout Sweden. If you are interested in making a reservation for a group (five or more apartments) please follow the below steps.
INITIAL INQUIRY

For group reservations (reservations for five or more apartments):
- Visit our website (guestit.se) and find prefered homes within our portfolio of properties.
- Send inquiry directly through email at guest@guestit.se. Please provide us with the following details:
- Contact person’s name
- Contact person’s email
- Contact person's phone number
- Business Details for Invoice
- Number of Guests
- Number of apartments requested
- Check-in date
- Check-out date
- City
- Preferred Location in the city
- link(s) from guestit.se
- Purpose of the trip
3. Get Quote:
Once we receive your inquiry, a member of our customer service team will contact you within 48 hours with a customized proposal for your request.
- Availability
- Description of the properties and details
- The rate for the entire group reservation
Note that at this stage there is no confirmed reservation. We will make a tentative hold for 48 hours on these properties, if after 48 hours we do not receive a confirmation, the properties will be released for booking.

1. Review the proposal:
Carefully review the provided proposal and confirm the details within 48 hours. Let us know if you need any adjustments.
2. Confirm the Booking:
Reply to the proposal email with a confirmation if you decide to book the accommodation for your group. We will then send you an invoice to settle the payment for your reservation. The invoice will need to be settled within 5 business days.
Note that the reservation is NOT confirmed until payment has been received.
For long-stay group reservations. (Reservations made for over 30 days) we can facilitate a month-by-month payment option. The first month is always paid in advance.
GUEST CONTACT DETAILS
To ensure a seamless experience for all guests we request to have the contact information for all guests who will be staying at the properties at least 72 hours before check-in.
1. Guest Information needed:
- Guest Name
- Guest contact email
- Guest contact phone number
2. Room Assignments:
Let us know if you have specific requests for apartment assignments (grouping certain guests together or preferred sleeping arrangements).
CHECK-IN INFORMATION
Check-In:
Our Customer Service team will provide each guest with the necessary information to check into the property, including access to our key system. The guests will also receive any good-to-know details about the specific property book.

Communication during stay:
During the guests’ stay each guest will be able to communicate with our customer service team directly through chat/email and in case of emergency over the phone. Our team is available every day from 08h00 to 24h00 through chat, email and phone.
CHECK-OUT INFORMATION
24 hours before check-out, our Customer Service team will contact each guest through email with the necessary steps to check out of the property as well as detailed instructions on how to handle keys.
If late check-out is requested, we can arrange for this in advance for an additional fee.
EARLY CHECK- IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT
You may request early check-in and late check-out, which we can arrange based on availability for an additional fee.
