Our different homes have different cancellation conditions. To see which terms apply:
1. Search for the date you want to book and click on an option
2. On the listing-page, the conditions for booking and cancellation can be found at the bottom of the page.

Overview of the cancellation conditions available:
Flexible
  • Guests can cancel until 5 days before check-in for a full refund, and the host won’t be paid.
  • If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid for each night they stay, plus 1 additional night, plus 50% for all unspent nights

Moderate
  • To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
  • If guests cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
  • If guests cancel less than 7 days before check-in, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
  • Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.

Strict
  • To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
  • If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
  • If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
  • If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.

Long-stay (+28days)
  • To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. 
  • If a guest cancels after that, host will be paid 100% for all nights spent, plus 30 additional nights
  • If fewer than 30 nights remain on the reservation when the guest cancels, host will be paid 100% for all of those remaining nights
  • Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
  • Guest satisfaction guarantee: If guest is unsatisfied with the home, within 7 days after check-in they have the right to change to any available home in Guestits portfolio for the price for that other home for the relevant dates.
