The unit was not cleaned from the previous visitor and the wifi password provided was wrong. Dirty bedding with hair, cleaning supplies blocking entry, dirty bathroom and toilet, messy items everywhere. I didnt have a cellular data plan and got in very late at night, so I had to venture out as a solo female to find internet to communicate with them. That said, they were very understanding and prompt and worked hard to make it right. But unfortunately, I had to sleep on the couch in the dirty unit. They did work to make it right and moved me to another unit the next day that was very clean. However, they only would allow a refund of the ~$15 cleaning fee despite a very difficult checkin and evening due to incorrect wifi password and dirty room. I had to fight for fair customer service with Airbnb and directly. Mistakes happen, and the communication was strong in resolving, but they didn't want to fairly compensate me for the very unfortunate situation, which was disappointing.

Ik vond de ruimte heel fijn. Locatie heerlijk in een fijne buurt en vlakbij de Metro. Ik vond de communicatie echter overdreven en teveel ge-automatiseert. Alsof je als gast niet te vertrouwen bent. Zo eel regels en op de minuut stond de schoonmaker aan de deur te kloppen. Kortom mooie locatie maar totaal niet gastvrij. Puur om geld te verdienen. Jammer

House rules
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
