Toilet paper was one roll for me and husband during our three days stay. The other opportunities are well. We had good commucation with Olof. It would be nice to have a water kettle in the apartment.

Die Unterkunft hatte alles was man brauchte, lediglich ein Wasserkocher wäre noch ein Bonus gewesen, aber dank Töpfen und Induktionsherd kein muss. Die Innenstadt war mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gut zu erreichen (einmal umsteigen, funktioniert aber problemlos).

Très bel appartement bien situé proche des transports en commun. Je pense que l’ensemble de la résidence est en location. Très propre et très bien agencé. Attention cependant les photos ne correspondent pas au logement mais équivalent (pas de TV sur la description, TV dans le logement ou encore configuration de la salle de bain).

Un alojamiento ideal para unos dias en Estocolmo, cerca del transporte publico y a 20 minutos del centro. El centro del propio pueblo en el que se encuentra es pequeño, pero bonito y acogedor, merece la pena darse una vuelta por alli. En cuanto al apartamento como tal, tal y como indican en la foto, cuentan con lo necesario.
Además la comunicación con Olof fue genial, contesta rápidamente y atiende tus peticiones o dudas sin problema.
También queremos recalcar el trabajo de Max, el chico encargado de la limpieza de los apartamentos, es un hombre muy amable y atento, dispuesto a ayudar.

Localização muito tranquilo mas longe do centro de Stockholm, mas compensa pela tranquilidade e preço. Alguns minutos da estação do metrô que te leva ao centro em 30 minutos. Local limpo, moderno e me senti seguro. Tem uma cozinha muito boa, toda equipada. Eu até mesmo cozinhei e preparei meu café da manhã todos os dias. A comunicação com o proprietário foi ótima. Voltaria lá e recomendo

Ubytování bylo naprosto v pořádku, plně vybavená kuchyň, pračka, dobrý spoj do centra, postel moc pohodlná, soukromé, byt na kód, jasné instrukce, moc doporučuji a děkuji za pobyt!

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
