This was a perfect place to stay — both the apartment and the location were excellent.
It was especially helpful that there were free-to-use washing machines and dryers on the ground floor of the building.
The apartment was clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed.
Although the microwave was placed quite high and a bit difficult to reach, we had no major issues using the kitchen. A tabletop stove was also provided.
As other reviewers have mentioned, there was a slight odor coming from the bathroom drain, but I assume this is due to the building itself and may be unavoidable.
Also related to the building, the elevator is very small. If you have large luggage, it may not fit. We had to fold our stroller to use the elevator, and it could only hold up to three adults at most.
I would definitely love to stay here again the next time I visit Stockholm.

Great apartment for a long weekend! Very clean and the bed was comfortable. The electronic key was easy to use and very handy. Perfect location with all the Sofo restaurants and shops nearby. And just a few blocks from the nearest Tunnelbana station!

Elias apartment was very clean and well kept. Very close to metro station and located in a nice walkable area. The checkin process and unlocking the doors using an app is a little new to me but it worked out in the end. Make sure to read the messages carefully.

Avoid this property – unsafe, noisy, and operated by careless commercial hosts ("Guestit"). My worst Airbnb experience in Europe. You’ll be bombarded with cold, automated messages forcing you to share personal info outside Airbnb via Guestit website, made to download yet another app to unlock the door. No real human interaction, no care. Check-in is a late 16:00, and early check-in requests are met with canned, useless replies telling me to find lockers 30 minutes away. The microwave is mounted so high, you need to be over 190 cm tall to reach it. The surroundings are noisy, with drunks yelling and littering late at night. Worst of all: on checkout day, even after the host confirmed in writing that I’d leave at 10:30 AM, a man (claiming to be a cleaner) entered my room unannounced at 9:45 AM—without knocking. Completely shocking and unsafe. Had I stepped out for coffee, who’d be responsible for theft? Lack of customer care, shady, and unsafe. Stay away.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
