Excellent with 30 m to the lift, and down/uphill walk (or tram) to Åre main square . Nice studio , w basic cooking. Only suggestion to improve is to either provide luggage storage facility for arrival /departure days , or extend checkout to 11am

This is a fantastic place to stay when skiing in Åre - the ski bridge on level 4 makes getting out and back home so easy! Apartment has everything you need and a fantastic view. It’s always great to have a kitchen as well so you can cook your own food. We highly recommend Kim’s place!
