Small, but clean and nice apartment with everything we needed for our 4-days stay in Stockholm. The location is just awesome - nice surrounding with lots of cozy cafes and picturesque streets.

Bilderna i annonsen har redigerats. i själva verket är rummet mycket litet. Du kan bara duscha när du sitter på toaletten, det finns inget utrymme. vatten rinner ut i hallen på parkettgolvet, det måste du torka av varje gång. Det finns inget uttag i köket, vattenkokaren stod på golvet. fönstret vetter mot väggen på innergården

Andreas was informative and helpful with directions. The place was easy to find. It was smaller than I expected and had a slight smell of cigarette smoke. It might have come from neighbours. It was in a good, quiet location for exploring central Stockholm. Easy to walk around Södermalm and not long to walk to Gamla Stan. Close to public transport.

Only the number of people stated in booking are allowed to stay in the apartment. Any violation of number of guests or bringing external guests will result in immediate termination of the booking without any refunds.- Quiet hours: 22:00 to 8:00- Neighbors are quite sensitive to the noise levels in the apartment so parties and loud music is completely forbidden! You may be asked to move out of the apartment with no compensation of reimbursement if any complaints are filed. - Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be carefulAfter your stay:- Make sure to remove trash and dishes from tables etc- Remove the bedlinen from the bed and place them on the floor- Put all trash and bottles in separate plastic bags and place them by the door inside the apartment
