Vi hade en fantastisk semester med familjen i Åre och Kims boende var en bidragande faktor. Bästa läget med ski in ski out med tillgång till hela liftsystemet. Lägenhet var mysig, välutrustad, välstädad, sköna sängar och otroligt vacker utsikt. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka och kan verkligen rekommendera boendet. Marie

Cottage was super nice and very clean. Kitchen was well equiped. We were two families, so the size was good for us with 3 bedrooms, livingroom and kitchen (only minus is only one bathroom). Excellent location for skiing, ski in -ski out worked perfectly.Kim answers quickly and is very polite and helpfull.

Vi var 2 familier i lejligheden og det fungerede rigtig fint. Der var rent og pænt og alt hvad vi havde brug for. Lejligheden ligger lige ved en transport piste, så man er hurtigt ude på ski. Kommunikation med kim var også rigtig fin.

Loved the area of the place ! Literally walked up to the slope! Had zero problems with the destinations / neighbors!Few things we in countered were , the bathroom drain was full of disgusting hairs and dirt! We had to clean it in order for us to use it, also had to purchased paper towels from the nearest store. Lastly, I asked to have both big beds ready for two couples and only one was fully made , we had to make the other bed with sheets from the bunk beds. Other than that this place has an incredible view of the big lake and you can see the skii lifts from the window! Overall very unique and spacious apartment 10/10 recommended !!

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
