Olof var mycket responsiv och hjälpsam. Stället var vackert, rent, bekvämt och hade det perfekta läget för att promenera och utforska Stockholm.

Mycket bekväm bostad, vackert inredd, rymlig, väldigt väl belägen, med ett stort badrum. Tyvärr fanns det vissa problem med obehagliga lukter i toaletten (troligtvis på grund av avloppssystemet snarare än renligheten) och diskmaskinen var ur funktion. Vid ankomsten var endast tre av fyra sängar bäddade; vi var fyra och det hade från början planerats att två personer skulle dela säng, vilket inte motsvarade våra behov. När vi bad om sängkläder till den fjärde sängen informerades vi om att detta medförde en extra kostnad, och det krävs därför en del diskussioner innan värden vänligt gick med på att erbjuda ett fritt byte av ett passande sängkläde. Vi önskade även en extra handduk för tvättstället i den separata toaletten, vilket dessvärre nekades, liksom tillgång till extra disktrasor. Under vår 6-nätters vistelse fanns endast två disktrasor trots att köket saknar ett tillfredsställande avloppssystem. Städningen var i stort sett okej men hade utrymme för förbättring, då spishällen inte rengjordes lika noggrant, toaletten kunde ha tvättats bättre, det fanns damm på badrumsgolvet samt en lampa var trasig. Sammanfattningsvis är det en riktigt bra bostad med potential för bättre servicehantering.

Det är en fantastisk lägenhet i centrum av Gamla Stans gamla stan. Full av karaktär, välutrustad och med gott om utrymme. Mycket lätt att hitta och tydliga instruktioner möjliggör en snabb och smidig in- och utcheckning. Det enda att notera var en obehaglig avloppslukt i hallens toalett samt att dubbelrummet är ganska litet.Vi stötte på ett problem med fel sänguppsättning (dubbel istället för tvilling) i det andra sovrummet, vilket vi åtgärdade själva - men vi saknade lite sängkläder och hade inte tillräckligt med handdukar heller. Dessa problem meddelades till värden, som ordnade med leverans av dessa artiklar nästa dag. Golven hade inte blivit rengjorda eller dammsugna, vilket vi själva åtgärdade, och Olaf återbetalade städavgiften som kompensation för detta besvär.Olaf var alltid snabb med att svara på våra meddelanden. Sammantaget en mycket bra vistelse.

Vi bodde här med 2 barn i åldrarna 7 och 10 och hade verkligen en trevlig vistelse. Barnen gillade PlayStationen och konstrummet nere. Vi uppskattade lägenhetens unika karaktär och dess utmärkta läge. Som nämnts i andra recensioner är duschen en aning besvärlig, men inget som förstörde vistelsen. Om du reser med små barn eller äldre, bör du vara medveten om att det finns många trappor inne i lägenheten. Sovrummen ligger i varsin ände av lägenheten och en babysignal skulle inte nå igenom de massiva stenväggarna – inte ett bekymmer för oss, men värt att nämna om du funderar på att stanna här med små barn. Sammantaget älskade vi vistelsen och skulle gärna komma tillbaka.

1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
