Ett härligt boende med fantastisk utsikt och närhet till Åre torg (hyfsat brant backe) och skidbackar samt vandringsleder. Enkelt boende men med hög standard. Utsikten var magnifik över Åre by och sjö samt fjället.
Kommer definitivt tillbaka!

Om jag ska nämna några minusposter, blir det parkeringsproblematiken. (dyrt både vid hotell och nere i byn) Det saknas en ugn för matlagning. Annars hänförande utsikt och välordnad ren lägenhet.

Perfect small apartment for a weekend on the slopes.

House rules
Only the number of people stated in booking are allowed to stay in the apartment. No external guests is permitted at any time during the stay. These rules are enforced by camera-survailence at the entrance-door. Any violation of number of guests or bringing external guests will result in immediate termination of the booking without any refunds.
- Quiet hours: 22:00 to 08:00
- Neighbors are quite sensitive to the noise levels in the apartment so parties and loud music is completely forbidden! You may be asked to move out of the apartment with no compensation of reimbursement if any complaints are filed.
After your stay:
- Make sure to remove trash and dishes from tables etc
- Remove the bedlinen from the bed and place them on the floor
- Put all trash and bottles in separate plastic bags and place them by the door inside the apartment
Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
