C’est l’hiver donc difficile de se faire une opinion bien fondée sur l’environnement immédiat qui est en voie d’aménagement urbanistique. Le logement est tel que décrit et ma foi à porter des transports en commun. Donc facile d’accès et très calme. Parfait pour 2 personnes et très agréable.

Elias was a very kind host and always responded quickly, however the loft was not the same as in the pictures and was somewhat unfinished. Furthermore it felt like there was no privacy nor air circulation inside the loft. Note that the loft’s sleeping arrangement is not very kind to couples, as the bed is actually 2 single beds and a rather small duvet. However, the location was very close to the city centre, by bus 6 minutes away.

My partner and I stayed here for 5 nights and it was amazing! The location was great - just one bus stop from the central station and was a 10 minute walk from the nearby shops for groceries. This meant it was easy to get to town and see all the sights in wonderful Gothenburg. Also, Elias' instructions were very clear and helpful, making check in quick and smoothe, as well as offering travel advice to the apartment from the airport - this was very helpful for a first time visit to the city! Thanks!

House rules
Only the number of people stated in booking are allowed to stay in the apartment. No external guests is permitted at any time during the stay. These rules are enforced by camera-survailence at the entrance-door. Any violation of number of guests or bringing external guests will result in immediate termination of the booking without any refunds.- Quiet hours: 22:00 to 08:00- Neighbors are quite sensitive to the noise levels in the apartment so parties and loud music is completely forbidden! You may be asked to move out of the apartment with no compensation of reimbursement if any complaints are filed. After your stay:- Make sure to remove trash and dishes from tables etc- Remove the bedlinen from the bed and place them on the floor- Put all trash and bottles in separate plastic bags and place them by the door inside the apartmentFailure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
