Å bo hos Elias var koselig. Vi nøt tiden vår der. Det var i nærheten av en lekeplass og ikke så langt å gå over broen inn til byen i nærheten av operahuset. Vi er ikke fra en by, så gatelysene plaget oss litt. Det er ikke eierens kontroll, men vi vil anbefale 'black out' gardiner. Bare i tilfelle du er høy, tror jeg at jeg bør nevne at loftet på soverommet er ganske lavt (ca. 155 cm vil jeg tippe). Det overrasket meg, det var greit for familien vår, men kan være en utfordring for noen mennesker. Vi følte at det var god valuta for pengene og ville føle oss komfortable med å bo der igjen.

Prisvärt boende. Ingen lyx och saknade köksutrustning som stekpanna man vågar använda, smörknivar och en bruksanvisning till ugnen och luft/luft pumparna. Värmen är svår att få till, för varmt uppe i sovloftet alt kallt i kök tv-rum. Men ändå helt ok nytt och rent! Toppen service när vi sa till. Mycket nöjd med vistelsen! Rekommenderar

I stayed for one weekend at Elias Apartment and it was very nice! Everything was very easy right from the beginning. Everything was super clean and i loved the flair of the apartment very much.

Fint och modernt boende vid ett fint område vid vattnet. Dock va disken lite smutsig när ni kom. Annars var allt toppen :)
House rules
Only the number of people stated in booking are allowed to stay in the apartment. No external guests is permitted at any time during the stay. These rules are enforced by camera-survailence at the entrance-door. Any violation of number of guests or bringing external guests will result in immediate termination of the booking without any refunds. - Quiet hours: 22:00 to 08:00 - Neighbors are quite sensitive to the noise levels in the apartment so parties and loud music is completely forbidden! You may be asked to move out of the apartment with no compensation of reimbursement if any complaints are filed. After your stay: - Make sure to remove trash and dishes from tables etc - Remove the bedlinen from the bed and place them on the floor - Put all trash and bottles in separate plastic bags and place them by the door inside the apartment Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
