Det var väldigt rent och Elias var alltid snabb på att svara. Det var väldigt enkelt att checka in.

Elias sent over very clear instructions, the apartment was spotless.
Well equipped, warm, comfortable. It had almost everything you'd need.
Only a couple of heads-up for first time visitors:
The location is well connected with line 16 bus but it is in the middle of nowhere.
Kitchen was nice but didnt have a kitchen cloths, oil or salt.
So not the best to cook if you plan to cook anything more than boiled eggs.
The ceilings in the bedrooms are really low. 175 in the corridor and less above the bed.
That being said we would rent it again if we come to Gothenburg!

The apartment was really nice and cozy.
Check in was flexibel and went smoothly.
The whole area is really newly built and we really enjoyed all the wood used in the construction.
Only downside really is, that there’s no grocery store nearby.
Sadly our upstairs neighbours were really loud at sleeping times.

House rules
Only the number of people stated in booking are allowed to stay in the apartment. No external guests is permitted at any time during the stay. These rules are enforced by camera-survailence at the entrance-door. Any violation of number of guests or bringing external guests will result in immediate termination of the booking without any refunds. - Quiet hours: 22:00 to 08:00 - Neighbors are quite sensitive to the noise levels in the apartment so parties and loud music is completely forbidden! You may be asked to move out of the apartment with no compensation of reimbursement if any complaints are filed. After your stay: - Make sure to remove trash and dishes from tables etc - Remove the bedlinen from the bed and place them on the floor - Put all trash and bottles in separate plastic bags and place them by the door inside the apartment Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
