Alloggio pulito e ordinato come in descrizione. Non molto lontano dal centro ma bisogna spostarsi con i mezzi. Elias molto disponibile, forse solo trovare la chiave è stato un po’ complicato ma per il resto tutto perfetto

Elias has prepared a lot of great info to guide us through the stay. The TV was not functioning during my stay. The beds are not so comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at Elias's apartment! The location was perfect – close to public transportation and conveniently situated. The apartment was spotless and equipped with all the amenities as described in the listing.
Elias was incredibly hospitable and kind. He was responsive to our messages and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. It's always a relief when you can count on a responsive host!
The only minor inconvenience was the additional cost for parking, but it didn't overshadow the overall positive experience. Keep in mind that you may need to budget a bit extra if you're traveling with a car.
In summary, we highly recommend Elias's Airbnb for its great location, cleanliness, and the wonderful hospitality of the host. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit!

House rules
Only the number of people stated in booking are allowed to stay in the apartment. No external guests is permitted at any time during the stay. These rules are enforced by camera-survailence at the entrance-door. Any violation of number of guests or bringing external guests will result in immediate termination of the booking without any refunds. - Quiet hours: 22:00 to 08:00 - Neighbors are quite sensitive to the noise levels in the apartment so parties and loud music is completely forbidden! You may be asked to move out of the apartment with no compensation of reimbursement if any complaints are filed. After your stay: - Make sure to remove trash and dishes from tables etc - Remove the bedlinen from the bed and place them on the floor - Put all trash and bottles in separate plastic bags and place them by the door inside the apartment Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
