Anlänt för en vistelse på en och en halv månad men lägenheten var inte fullt utrustad för att bo i. Det tog en timme att hitta nyckelboxen (som låg bakom byggnaden, under snön, på natten) eftersom anvisningarna inte var särskilt tydliga. Vi noterade att det fanns hårstrån i sängkläderna samt att diskmaskinen inte hade tömts och att besticken inte var ordentligt rengjorda. Det saknades ett torkställ för våra kläder, duschen läckte, köksredskapen hade överhettats och kuddarna var endast delvis fyllda. Handfatet i badrummet fungerade inte optimalt från början och blev tillfälligt igensatt; trots att vi kontaktade värden kvarstod problemet i två veckor utan någon åtgärd. Vi var två och hade en nyckel, och värden tycktes endast ha en, vilket var komplicerat när vi kom hem vid olika tider. Pizzerian intill avger en stark lukt som kan vara störande. En positiv aspekt var att lägenheten var väl belägen med en busshållplats i närheten.

Die Wohnung war zwar an sich ganz hübsch und geräumig und hatte auch eine gute Ausstattung was die Geräte angeht. Jedoch war es sehr kalt und die Heizung war nicht regulierbar. Außerdem war das Bett super unbequem und es gab nur ein winziges Kissen, sodass wir den gesamten Aufenthalt mit Rückenschmerzen zu kämpfen hatten. Oberflächlich wirkte die Wohnung sauber, doch im Bett waren sehr viele Haare, der Abfluss im Waschbecken des Badezimmers war verstopft und die Sauberkeit des Badezimmers generell ließ zu wünschen übrig.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
If guests cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel less than 7 days before check-in, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
