The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen facilities were really great. The apartment has a balcony too. The kitchen has utensils for cooking, dishes, cups, glasses, spoons, knives and forks. Kettle, toaster, oven, induction stove, fridge was provided. All equipment was in working condition. Can house 4 people so very great and affordable for family. It has one big bathroom with a shower curtain and required accessories in the bathroom. The bed and sofa were comfortable. A spacious wardrobe is also provided. Nearest bus stop is Ljusterogatan. You can go to city center using 76 bus (Ropsten). Apartment is exactly as shown in the photographs. Easy check in using code. The apartment manager replied to all our doubts in reasonable time on the online platform. Very safe residential area and the building required us to put access codes at the entrance and even in lift. Coop (Supermarket) is right in front of the building. Ice cubes were also provided in fridge.
House rules
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.

Guests can cancel until 5 days before check-in for a full refund, and the host won’t be paid.
