The apartment is in a lovely, quiet area but still super convenient with easy access to both the bus and subway.
Access control and check in was efficient and easy to use. The apartment is stylish and the kitchen is fully equipped.
If you are looking for a calm home base when travelling to Stockholm then this is the place for you.

An sich eine schöne Wohnung in guter Lage. Befindet sich in einem alten Krankenhaus, dass sich in den Gängen zeigt.

It was an OK place to “crash”. The place had a feeling of a “rehab” or a hospital.
The “bathroom” had constant unpleasant sewage smell, it had a public “disabled access toilet/shower” feeling.
Kitchen was very basic the “living room” had carpet so rough, sharp and uncomfortable almost sand paper like that I had to put blanket on top of it - to make it walkable with bare feet. The bed was stiff and barely comfortable and it was also two single mattresses pushed together and not a double bed as desired.
The apartment also has no plants in it which made it feel even more like a rehab than an apartment.
There are many airbnbs in the building almost hotel like except the corridors felt like a hospital ward.
The building had regulars maintained happening (drilling every morning at 10am) and some loud (maybe aircon) noises.
Had interaction with few guest who were like me having trouble checking in with all the complicated codes and instructions.
Would not stay again for that price

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
