This accomodation is great for a quick weekend in Sweden as the location is walkable to old town in around 40 minutes and theres a co-op across the road meaning food and toiletry items are easy to find.
The accomodation itself is a little worn and there are a few stains on furniture along with holes in the shower curtain for exmaple. It's also above a school so you walk into the building with school children walking. We actually had a teacher shouting saying we were in the wrong place.
Check in and check out is nice and easy with everything being digital, so no fear of lost keys or being stuck outside the apartment.
Olof was a great host, really clear and proactive with his instructions on how to enter the property. If you want early check-in (pre 3pm) thats an additional cost to be organised.

Eine schöne Unterkunft in einer ruhigen Gegend. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt daneben.
Der Check-in lief Einwandfrei und man kam sehr einfach in die Wohnung.
Die Geräte wie bspw. Wasserkocher & Kaffeemaschine funktionierten ebenso.
Olof hat uns rechtzeitig alle wichtigen und relevanten Infos durchgegeben.
Die Betten und das Schlafsofa waren sehr bequem und mann konnte sehr gut schlafen.
Zudem war das Bad und die Dusche in gutem Zustand.
Jedoch sah die Unterkunft auf den Bilder (bspw. die Betten) anders aus wie in der Realität.
Die Unterkunft ist auf jedenfall weiterzuempfehlen.

Alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft und gerade durch die doch eher teuren Preise in Stockholm ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Man konnte gut in der Unterkunft kochen und sie war (bis auf einige Flecken auf dem Teppich) sauber. Es hat in unserer Wohnung etwas nach Rauch gerochen, was aber wahrscheinlich dem Vormieter zuzuschreiben ist. Bis auf ein kleines Problem bekommt Check-in ein sehr guter Zugang zur Wohnung und gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Mit dem Auto ist auch der Norden Stockholms schnell zu erreichen und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
