Die Wohnung war gut gelegen, 15 Minute Fußweg vom Zug entfernt der einen in 15 Minuten direkt ins Zentrum bringt. Die Nachbarn waren ein wenig laut, zumindest konnte man alles hören, da die Wände sehr dünn sind. Die Wohnung an sich war sauber, komfortabel und es war alles vorhanden was man für ein paar Tage in Stockholm benötigt.

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Lage zwar etwas abseits, aber gut mit dem ÖPNV zu erreichen.

Wir (2 Personen) haben eine schöne Woche in der Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung war modern eingerichtet. Besonders die Sauberkeit ist positiv hervorzuheben. Das auf den Fotos abgebildete Schlafzimmer & Badezimmer wich von der Realität ab. Die fotografierten Zimmer waren leider andere, größere Zimmer. Besonders im Bad viel uns eine deutlich anders geschnittene und kleinere Dusche auf. Auch das Waschbecken war sehr klein (jedoch wie auf den Fotos dargestellt). Das Wohnzimmer und die Küche waren wie abgebildet sehr schön und modern. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Lage und Preis gut. Leider ist jedoch die Lüftungsanlage im Zimmer sehr laut. Zusätzlich ist es insgesamt sehr anonym. Für die Spülmaschine gab es keine Tabs. Der Müll wird leider nicht getrennt. Für einen kurzen Ausflug aber okay.

Wir hatten schöne Tage in Stockholm und dazu gehört auch die Unterkunft. Die Anweisungen zum Erreichen vom Flughafen aus waren präzise und mit der U-Bahn sind es vom Stadtzentrum nur etwa 25 Minuten. Also gut gelegen, um sich die Stadt anzuschauen. Einkaufen im Supermarkt kann man problemlos zu Fuß. Alles war wie beschrieben, sauber und alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Elias hat schnell auf Fragen reagiert und war sehr freundlich. Ein schöner Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank und beste Grüße, Elias. M&T

1. Additional identification and information may be requested upon booking.
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.

2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by an exterior surveillance camera located outside the entrance. There is also a decibel monitor inside the property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a security guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.

3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law. If there are signs of smoking after checkout you will be charged up to 5000 sek in cleaning fees.

4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.

5. Pets are not allowed on the property.

6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.

7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.

8. Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful

9. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee.

By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
