Appartement plutôt propre facile à trouver spacieux et bien équipé. L’hôte était disponible et réactif.
Pas beaucoup de transports en commun aux alentours, seulement un bus qui vient toutes les 20 minutes.
En général un super rapport qualité prix si on voyage à plusieurs.

We had a pleasant stay at this clean and cozy Airbnb in Stockholm. It is connected to the city center by a 20min bus ride.
Before our arrival, we had to sign a detailed form informing us of video surveillance outside and a noise detector inside (with a 75dB limit), which made us feel slightly uneasy.
Despite that, the host was very friendly and quick to answer any questions. Overall, it was a nice experience, and we would recommend staying here.

Appartement sans humanité. Aucune épicerie (pas de sel, poivre, huile ou sucre), aucuns draps ou serviettes en plus, un gel douche et un shampooing a moitié vide. Le strict minimum !
Olof a voulu nous facturer à 2 reprises : quand nous avons demandé si nous pouvions déposer les bagages en attendant le check-in et lorsqu’on a demandé une paire de draps car la deuxième chambre n’était pas faite. Il a été de mauvaise fois, prétextant un formulaire mal rempli, pour que nous payons en plus. Je ne recommande pas cet appartement si vous cherchez un vrai airbnb, pratique et cosy, sans avoir à tout acheter. C’est un appartement uniquement pour faire du business sur le dos des voyageurs, tout est prétexte à payer en plus.

Very good location, nice rooms. One room without any windows, and the bathroom could be refurbished.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
