Das Apartment ist gut geeignet zum Reisen mit 4 Personen, obwohl es nur einen Schlafraum gibt. Die Küche ist mit dem Nöigsten zum Kochen ausgestattet. Die Anbindung an den Nahverkehr ist sehr gut, auch der Supermarkt vor der Tür ist hilfreich.
Negativ war, dass nur ein Bett bezugsbereit war, obwohl wir zu viert angereist waren. Daher hatten wir beim Check in zunächst etwas Stress.

Konumu harika. Toplu taşımaya yakın. isterseniz yürüyüş yapabileceğiniz parklar var çok yakınında. sessiz ve huzur doluydu. Stockholm'e tekrar gelirsem yine burayı tercih ederim.

A very Ok experience. Great location and the apartment had what you absolutely need but not really anything else, for example no seasoning or baking sheets even though the kitchen itself was good. The apartment was clean & decently nice but the hallways smelled terrible. A good price for the location and I would be Ok with staying here again but would probably look for other places first.

Bien ubicado, cerca del centro y con parques alrededor.
Lo único que se echa en falta un microondas y un televisor, por lo demás perfecto.

The apartment is located in a very good area of Sodermalm. Its a +- 40 minute walk to Gamla Stan.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
