Jag hade en riktigt trevlig två veckors arbets- och kombinerad semester här. Mycket mysig och ljus lägenhet, lugn byggnad och grannskap, men med massor av bra restauranger och caféer runt hörnet! Jag blev förvarnad i förväg om att lägenheten kunde vara lite kallare på grund av vintern, men som finländare var det helt okej och det finns en extra radiator att koppla in, exempelvis i sovrummet, för en varmare temperatur. En hårtork var också en trevlig överraskning. WiFi är inte särskilt starkt, så det passar inte för videosamtal, men fungerar bra annars. Sammantaget kan jag rekommendera den för en kortare eller längre vistelse i Stockholm! 😊

Trevlig vistelse. Fin lägenhet. Centralt läge. Trevliga restauranger i närheten. Även butiker för dagliga behov. Nära tunnelbanestationen, vilket gör det enkelt att upptäcka staden.
House rules
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by an exterior surveillance camera located outside the entrance. There is also a decibel monitor inside the property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a security guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law. If there are signs of smoking after checkout you will be charged up to 5000 sek in cleaning fees.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful
9. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee.
