Mysigt & rent rum i ett utmärkt läge! Lägenheten ligger på en lugn sidogata men mitt i ett livligt område och väldigt nära butiker och tunnelbanan! Smidig incheckning och bra kommunikation med värden. Sammantaget en härlig, bekväm vistelse.

Skulle definitivt reccomend denna vistelse till andra! Läget var lugnt och fridfullt men ändå en väldigt kort promenad till butiker och restauranger. Utrymmet var rent och sängen var extremt bekväm! Jag hade en riktigt bra vistelse!

Verkligen härlig och centralt belägen lägenhet på Södermalm! Mycket enkel och okomplicerad kommunikation! Lägenheten är visserligen mycket liten, särskilt badrummet och duschen är mindre än på bilderna, men totalt sett ett riktigt fantastiskt boendealternativ för två personer! Kan varmt rekommendera :)

Kommunikationen med Elias var super-snabb och vänlig. Lägenheten var också mycket fin och perfekt för en förlängd helg i Stockholm. Jag kan verkligen bara rekommendera den :)

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
1. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges may apply.

Guests can cancel until 5 days before check-in for a full refund, and the host won’t be paid.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid for each night they stay, plus 1 additional night, plus 50% for all unspent nights.
