The apartment was largely as pictured and reasonably spacious. The king bedroom was lovely, and the glass bedroom was comfortable, though it lacked privacy as the curtain only covered half the wall.We truly appreciated the host’s responsiveness; he was very helpful when we struggled with the laundry machine, and the kitchen's Jura espresso machine was a nice touch. Our primary concern was the lack of cooling amenities. While we understood when booking that there was no AC, the absence of fans during a heatwave made the apartment stifling (reaching 82°F inside). Furthermore, the apartment directly faces a communal courtyard where neighbors could go to smoke or gather. This made opening the windows for relief uncomfortable, particularly with young children trying to sleep. Overall, the host was great, but the location and lack of fans made our stay uncomfortable during the heat wave.

The location is fantastic. Lots of great shops and restaurants. For our family if 5 it was a little tight with 1 bathroom but we knew that when we booked. Very safe neighborhood.

A really nice, fresh place to stay in Söder with an excellent location. Everything worked smoothly and the area was very pleasant. A special plus for being close to Mosebacketerrassen, which is fantastic in the summer. Highly recommended!

The location is great. Very walkable. The Parakey is easy to use. The bedrooms, bedding were very clean. The bathroom overall was fairly clean but the shower has mildew in the tile. In the kitchen, The fridge had not been wiped out and had large food crumbs on the shelf. When I put my bag down in the corner of the living area it had dust bunnies.We were traveling for 10 days with carry-on only luggage so we intentionally booked a place with a washer. We could not get it to start and kept getting an error msg. There is no house manual with instructions for the washer (or the automatic espresso maker). We spent a fair amount of time googling the instructions both. We contacted the host and although he tried to help, the person was an off-site customer service rep who had never been to the apt or was familiar with the procedures. We were not able to use the washer during our stay. I rely on reviews when booking, this is the first time an airbnb did not meet my expectations.

-Strictly no guests except for confirmed number of guests in the booking unless from our side explicitly agreed beforehand.
-If any extra guests are seen entering we will cancel the booking without no refund as it is strictly against the house rules.
- No partying or "events" are allowed, including "dinners/drinks for friends". Ask if in doubt.
-With respect for our neighbors: quiet after 22:00.
- No smoking whatsoever (also not by the window or at the courtyard) - you need to walk out on the street. Smoking in the house/apartment or by the windows will be charged with SEK 2000 minimum.
-Due to allergy: no pets allowed.
-Do not leave the windows open without properly securing them.
-Do not use bed sofa (nor pillows and duvets) without proper bed linen for hygiene reasons. Also please don’t use the decoration pillows and bed throw for sleeping.
-Please do not wear shoes inside the unit (which Swedes never do).
-Normal check-in is 15:00 or later. Check-out is 10:00. Late check-out and/or early check-in may be possible, but will come with a fee for express cleaning.
-As stated elsewhere in this listing - we have digital entrance control with CCTV recording of the entrance door.

Cancellation policy
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
