Det fanns en lite ovanlig lukt i huset, och sovrumsdörren gav inte tillräcklig integritet – den passar därför bäst för familjer. Dessutom var det enda sättet att använda badrummet att gå genom sovrummet, så jag tycker inte att detta boende passar bra för grupper. Huset är mer lämpat för familjer eller par.

Det är en stilren och välinredd lägenhet. Fantastiska restauranger finns i närheten som inte är klichéartade turistmål. Det var lugnt och avkopplande. Vi älskade det!

We would happily stay here again. 2minute walk to the closest metro. Easy self-checkin. Many shops etc around but still quiet. Very comfortable and homey. Very comfortable bed! Everything was spotless. The wash/dryer is very convenient, especially when travelling as long as we are (there was still a small amount of laundry powder left over from previous tenants).

Perfekt läge i Gamla Stan! Beläget på en lugn gata, inga störningar utifrån trots att man är i centrala stan. Nära många restauranger och butiker. Lätt att ta tunnelbana till andra delar av Stockholm. Lägenheten är ljust och trevligt inredd med allt man kan behöva för några dagar. Bra utrustning i köket, uppskattade särskilt kaffemaskinen.

House rules
Strictly no guests except for confirmed number of guests in the booking unless from our side explicitly agreed beforehand.
-If any extra guests are seen entering we will cancel the booking without no refund as it is strictly against the house rules.
- No partying or "events" are allowed without approval, including "dinners/drinks for friends". Ask if in doubt.
-With respect for our neighbors: quiet after 23:00.
- No smoking whatsoever (also not by the window or at the courtyard) - you need to walk out on the street. Smoking in apartment or by the windows will be charged with SEK 2000 minimum.
-Due to allergy: no pets allowed.
-Do not leave the windows open without properly securing them.
-Do not sleep in bed sofa (nor pillows and duvets) without proper bed linen (which we prepare for you) for hygiene reasons. Also please don’t use the decoration pillows and bed throw for sleeping.
-Please do not wear shoes inside the unit.
-Normal check-in is 15:00 or later. Check-out is 10:00. Late check-out and/or early check-in may be possible, but will come with a fee for express cleaning.
-As stated elsewhere in this listing - we have digital entrance control with CCTV recording outside the entrance door.

Cancallation policy
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
