  1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
  2. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents.
  3. Check-in: From 16:00 onwards. Check-out: No later than 10:00 (unless express cleaning and alternate times are pre-approved).
  4. Only registered guests (listed in the check-in form or approved in writing) are allowed on the property. Unregistered visitors will incur a charge of 500 SEK/night/person or may result in immediate cancellation without refund. Always communicate with us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
  5. No parties or events: To enforce this, CCTV is installed in common areas (not inside the apartment), along with a noise and smoke monitor. Violations will lead to security intervention at your expense (~SEK 3,000).
  6. Please treat the home with care. Be mindful of our neighbors—they are part of our community.
  7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
  8. The host is not responsible for any personal belongings left on the premises.
  9. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, by windows, on balconies, in the courtyard, or within 20 meters of the building entrance. Violations will be charged SEK 5,000.
  10. The building’s fire alarm is sensitive. To prevent triggering it, always run the kitchen ventilation at maximum while cooking and keep it on for a few minutes afterward to clear smoke or steam. Failure to properly use the kitchen ventilation, resulting in a triggered fire alarm, will incur a fee of SEK 15,000.

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS
Please follow these steps before departure:
  • Wash all used dishes
  • Dispose of all trash
  • Gather all used towels and bed linen and place them inside the apartment near the entrance

Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning charges.
