The accommodation was excellent overall, with everything meeting or exceeding expectations. The bathroom was a bit small, but I’m not deducting any points for this since it was exactly as described in the listing.

The location of the place is by far one of the best. Södermalm is very trendy and has lots of cute pastry places, thrift shops etc. not sketchy at all! It was easy to get there from Arlanda Airport.
That being said, when Elias says he tries his best for the WiFi. It 100% does not work and is actually non existent. Additionally, the tv lags a lot even if part of the supposed to be present services. We filled up his request/problem document in order to address it but he never replied. The shower is basically inside the toilet. And the kitchen is rather small. Therefore, it definitely has to be with someone you’re 100% comfortable with, and only for a few days.
The bathroom has lots of hair inside, allowing a rather foul smell and not fast water flow. The rest was clean.
That being said, again, it was satisfactory for a few days, thanks to the location and easy check in. It really depends on your priorities!

2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
