Le logement d Andrea est vraiment très beau (dans un très bel immeuble) et très bien situé dans le quartier d Ostermalm très proche de tout. Tout à été refait à neuf avec goût.
Par contre, nous avons regretté qu en plein hiver il n y ait pas plus de chauffage. Nous avons dû dormir avec un pull et rajouter des couettes en plus.
Attention aussi quelques nuisances pouvant provenir d un voisin qui a mis de la musique le soir, mais sinon l appartement est très très calme et on y dort très paisiblement !
La salle de bain est certes petite mais bien conçue et avec le chauffage au sol c est un pur bonheur. Attention par contre les toilettes sont tellement petits qu on est obligés de laisser la porte ouverte pour certaines personnes. Sinon il y a tout pour prendre un petit déjeuner le matin. A recommander donc mais au moins vous serez avertis des petits éléments négatifs

It was a great location for our purposes, but was too small for a family of four. As others mentioned the bathroom was extremely small. The only seating was a couch so it was really challenging for us all to be in the same room unless we brought in one of the uncomfortable kitchen chairs. There were also only two drinking glasses, and a few plates. Again, I would recommend for a couple but not a family of four.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Andreas, la résidence est calme, le logement bien aménagé de façon fonctionnelle. Le seul moins est la taille vraiment minuscule des WC. Le quartier est plaisant avec quelques magasins, restaurants et une station de métro toute proche ce qui facilite les déplacements. Je recommande le logement et reviendrai avec plaisir.

Positivt: Lägenheten var fin, välstädad och ligger i ett bra område. Sängen och bäddsoffan var väldigt bra standard. Fin balkong.
Negativt: Mycket kallt i lgh de 3 första dagarna på vår vistelse, ca 16-17 grader även om det inte var väldigt kallt utomhus. Blev lite varmare inomhus de 3 sista dagarna, ca 19 grader.
Lyhört i huset, grannar som spelade musik sent en kväll förstörde nattsömnen.
Mycket liten toalett, svårt att stänga dörren om man ska få plats med benen.

2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
