Post huwa tajjeb ħafna u viċin ta stockholmsmassan. L-apartament huwa spazjuz biżejjed u komdu. Il-kċina hija attrezzata u fiha dak kollu li hemm bżonn.
Il-host kien risponsiv biżejjed meta kien hemm kwalunkwe problema.
Li sibt stramb kien li l-host staqsa biex jinħareġ iż-żibel u jinħaslu il-platti. Dan suppost li ikun inkluż fi tindif ta l-appartament sakemm ma jkunx ħmieġ eċċensiv. Is-sodda ukoll ma kienetx preparata bħal ma hemm fi ritratti u kien fiha kutra single biss biex titatta.
Madankollu, l-post mhux ħażin u għandu jkun tajjeb għal żjara qasira minħabba il-post ċentrali.

Idéal pour loger durant une conférence à Stockholmsmassan, lieu calme et propre.
Sale de bain très petite, avec malheureusement lors de notre passage un tuyau de douche qui fuit (rien de grave). Attention si vous êtes d'un certain gabarit il peut être difficile voir impossible de rentrer dans la douche qui ne s'ouvre que d'une 50en de centimètres.
Dans l'ensemble un logement agréable.

Wirklich schön, würde ich wieder buchen. Es hat alles super funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist super mit dem Zug erreichbar, etwa 10-15 Minuten zufuss zum Bahnhof Älsjö und alle fünf Minuten hat man einen Zug nach Stockholm. So konnten wir bequem ganz Stockholm und Umgebung erkunden.
Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und ich konnte locker jeden Abend einfache Gerichte kochen. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und wir hatten es wirklich sehr schön.
Etwas negativ ist, dass es gleich an der Strasse war und wenn man das Fenster auf hat ist der Verkehr manchmal etwas laut, und man merkt dass es schon ein älteres Haus ist. Die Buchung war auch etwas mühsam, es gab mehrere Schritte und Formulare und zusätzliche Verifizierungen, das fand ich komisch, aber sonst gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.
Ich kann es weiter empfehlen.

1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by an exterior surveillance camera located outside the entrance. There is also a decibel monitor inside the property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a security guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law. If there are signs of smoking after checkout you will be charged up to 5000 sek in cleaning fees.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful
9. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee.
