Beau et confortable logement très bien situé au centre avec tous les moyens de locomotion à proximité. Au coin de la rue un sympathique restaurant italien vaut la peine d'aller y manger. Endroit très calme dans une cour (donc pas de belle vue). Merci pour toutes les infos

The place was great for our stay- everything we needed was in walking distance and also some great museums :). Olof was also a great host in terms of responsiveness.

the apartment was good but we had inconvenients with mold that weren't attended immediately nor compensated.
The apartment is located in a nice street, close to the tram and relative walking distance from the center of the city.
Inside the apartment was evetryiilike the photos. very nicely decorated and with everything you need to stay there (from towels to kitchen appliances).
the main issue was that we found mold in the coffee Machine. it was from coffee grounds that were clearly left for a long time there.
given that the apartment has requirements for the people staying, noise measure by decibel meter or cleaning everything before leaving, I would expect impeccable service from the host.

1. Additional identification and information may be requested upon booking.
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by an exterior surveillance camera located outside the entrance. There is also a decibel monitor inside the property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a security guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law. If there are signs of smoking after checkout you will be charged up to 5000 sek in cleaning fees.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful
9. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
