Sehr schönes Apartment mit super Lage in der Altstadt. Allerdings gab es leider einen großen Nachteil, die Nachbarn sind schrecklich laut und trampeln ganzen Tag und ganze Nacht, wir wurden oft in der Nacht durch das laute springen und trampeln aufgeweckt. Von Olof selbst kommt die Anweisung leise zu sein da die Nachbarn sehr empfindlich sind. Es gibt sogar einen Geräuschsensor in der Wohnung. Finde ich sehr ungerecht in Betracht darauf das die Nachbarn sich nicht annähernd an die Ruhezeiten halten.

Väldigt nöjd med detta boende på alla sätt! Rekommenderas varmt!

Olof was a great host who was available to answer any queries we had. Truly a wonderful stay and would recommend highly!

We really enjoyed our stay! The space was gorgeous, all appliances worked well, I thought it was quiet, and pretty close to the metro! Olof was very responsive, and we would stay again if we return. The building is being renovated so maybe we got a discount, but the price is great for what we got. There IS a learning curve to getting into the building/room: 1. front entrance sometimes opens on its own and sometimes requires the code. 2. Use the elevator by the front door, other elevators in the building but they don’t work well. 3. If your front door code doesn’t work, check your airbnb messages, our code was changed as we were trying to get in. 2 other things to note: 1. The place we stayed did not match the photos provided on the listing we reserved. The photos on our reservation were for a studio (one room) situation and what we found when we entered was a whole apartment with 3 rooms and balcony! Not complaining about that, I was pleased! 2. The bathroom has an unpleasant smell

We had a perfect stay at the Pontus place and we would definitely come back.

Beautiful spacious apartment in central Stockholm, high ceilings lots of light large bedrooms, and a beautiful kitchen, what more can you ask for.

Was a nice clean place, in a private area. I would recommend having a car for family and such, but it is definitely worth it, also in a walkable distance to the tram or bus to the closest metro station not farther than 5 minutes.

Great place to stay with family - 2min walk to slopes, nice sauna, great view from the apartment. And we slept there like a babies! Beautiful view. And we loved the sunrise in the bedroom. Will come again!

ski in, ski out concept is really great, 20steps from the lift and you are home, and nice view

Det er en lille men rigtig fin lejlighed. Værten var god og hurtig til at besvare vores spørgsmål. Lejligheden lå med smuk udsigt og godt placeret til hurtigt at være på ski.

Bekvämt boende för ”ski in/ski out”. Lätt ta sig mellan lägenheten och skidbackarna plus även till restauranger mm.

Die Wohnung sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Sie ist wirklich sehr schön. Die Betten sind auch sehr bequem. Der Standort ist wirklich super. Vor der Tür gibt es Zug, Metro und Busstationen. Von dort aus sind es nur 10 Minuten Fahrtzeit bis in das Zentrum. Es gibt aber auch tolle Restaurant in der Umgebung. Man muss nicht immer in das Zentrum dafür fahren. Der Gastgeber Andreas antwortet sehr schnell auf fragen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

The accommodation was everything we expected and we really enjoyed our staying. The apartment was very clean, the location was perfect and the check-in and checking out was easy. The host always replied quickly and all the instructions were very informative and clear. We would definitely stay here again.
