Die Lage ist super. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Nebenstraße. In der Gegend sind viele Restaurants, Cafés und Bäckereien. Das Apartment entspricht den Bildern. Bad ist sehr klein, aber wenn man sich einmal daran gewöhnt hat, ist es okay. Jedoch nicht länger als ein (verlängertes) Wochenende. Der leider größte Minuspunkt war die Heizung. Es soll eine Zentralheizung geben, die sich je nach Außentemperatur selbst einstellt. Wir hatten die Elektroheizung die komplette Zeit laufen und sind nicht über 15 Grad gekommen. Bei einer Außentemperatur von -10 Grad leider viel zu kalt.

Séjour très agréable dans cet appartement fidèle aux photos. Hôte très réactif fournissant toutes les informations nécessaires. Appartement dans un quartier calme avec un arrêt de bus à proximité pour aller dans le centre ville de Stockholm ainsi qu’une supérette a une dizaine de minutes à pied. Je recommande !

Andres's place was the same as pictures posted, well renovated, cleaned, and nice river view from bacony. The location is only 5-6 mins walking to Bus/Trian Station and about 25 mins commute to the centre. Only one problem found was that the rediator wasn't working well, which made the house a bit chilly. Host had clear instructions and was responsive within 1 hour.

Cosy and nicely decorated apartment. Easy to find, flexible check-in. Close to transport and grocery shopping. Some more documents to provide before checking in than I am used to, but I still would not hesitate to rent this apartment again. Thank you.

Mycket trevlig lägenhet med all som behövdes. Skulle dock gärna ha sett att det fanns en mikrovågsugn.

Staying at Olaf apartments it’s just simply pleasure)

Wir haben uns direkt in die Unterkunft verliebt! So gemütlich und super ausgestattet. Auch die Lage war perfekt für einen Städtetrip mit Bushaltestelle direkt in der Nähe. Auch Supermärkte, Restaurants und Cafés direkt in der Umgebung. Fredrik hat uns super informiert über die Wohnung und wie wir dorthin kommen, auch der Check In hat super geklappt. Fredrik hat schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und werden definitiv wiederkommen!:)

New and modern apartment near the water in a very peaceful neighborhood.As it's on the 4th floor you have a great view of the water from your balcony. Both metro and commuter train are 10-12 minutes of walk from the apartment.If you prefer to walk, the city center is maximum 1 hour walk from here. I would recommend booking this to anyone,definitely worth the price.

Very good stay. Wasn’t sure how far the centre would be, but closer than I thought. Also very pleasant to walk to Gamla Stan, took about 1 hour and 15 minutes.Excellent view from the flat, which isn’t highly advertised in the description.Found Piren restaurant with excellent views just 20 mins walk.Only bad point is the lift. Only works when the gate inside the door is closed, unfortunately, people are inconsiderate and don’t bother closing it. When you have luggage, it’s extremely annoying. Had to locate the lift in order to use it. When you’re old, this is very infuriating.

Skönt boende i ett bra område, fin lägenhet med stort utrymme och inte för långt ifrån Nordstan.

El piso es muy acogedor, es antiguo pero muy está decorado muy bonito. La zona es lo mejor que tiene, Lidingo es una de las mejores zonas de Estocolmo, es una zona residencial de mucho prestigio. Se puede aparcar con facilidad en la calle y hay algunos restaurantes cerca y dos supermercados muy cerca (Lidl y Coop). La comunicación con Andreas ha sido muy fluida, y las instrucciones para acceder y dejar el piso muy claras. A unos 150 metros del piso hay una parada de bus que te lleva en 5 min a la estación de metro de Ropsten por lo que está muy bien comunicado. Sin duda repetiré cuando vuelva a Estocolmo.

We stayed in this flat for two weeks during renovations in our own flat in Stockholm, so not a regular tourist stay. For us it was perfect - clean, neat and spacious, in a super calm area with just a short walk to the tube, convenience store cafés and a few restaurants. Add just a few minutes more of walking and there is many more restaurants in Sundbyberg. Really enjoyed our stay here, even if it’s a bit out of the city centre. But for us it was perfect, and the tube takes you in to the city in a mere 10 minute ride. Great bed, great shower, lovely space. The kitchen is slightly sparsely equipped, but has enough utensils to make it work. The TV had slightly choppy reception for the three Swedish standard channels, but worked if you moved the receiver. You can also use all your own streaming services on the TV, including Spotify, so that was great. All in all, a very nice place and a lovely stay!
