While the property is ideally located for exploring the city, a heads-up to future guests: the bathroom's shower space is quite compact, which might require a bit of manoeuvring. This small detail aside, the overall experience was very positive, reflecting the lively spirit of Södermalm.

Leuk appartementje voor twee, aangenaam warm en ruim voorzien van allerlei spullen. Een topper op het bed zou het nóg beter maken.

Very nice cozy room, well equipped with everything you need if you want to cook something. Comfortable bed. Everything was very clean when we came . Great location for tourists. Just a 5 minute walk to the ferry We really enjoyed our stay and hopefully will come back in some time

It was a very nice place, clean and very well located, there are some bus stops that you can easily use to go to the center.Andreas sent useful instructions and he was very attentive if I had any questions.I really enjoyed my stay and I recommend it to anyone who is interested to visit Stockholm.

Nous avons passé 5 jours chez Elias et tout était parfait. Le logement répondait totalement aux photos et descriptions. Il était également assez facile d’accès au centre de Stockholm. Elias est un hôte très sympa et toujours réactif. Je vous le recommande !

Bra läge, lagomt stort. Kan göra lättare mat / frukostar. Lite ostädat på golvet upplevde jag samt en unken lukt inne på toaletten.

All and all good stay! However the washing machine did not work and I did not receive personal responses to my messages. Pre-written instruction for everything which included the necessary info but did not answer what I had asked.Ok if you’re staying in town for work/business.

Schönes Apartment in Top-Lage. Sehr pro aktive Kommunikation Seitens des Gastgebers, der beim Check in und out keine Fragen unbeantwortet lies und stets erreichbar war.

Nice and cosy apartment, which is close to public transport so getting around was easy. The surrounding area is very pleasant and quiet. Fredrik is a great host that resolved my questions quickly.

The perfect place to explore Stockholm from!Elias' place is close to tons of restaurants, bars, and things to see, so it was easy to walk to most of the places we wanted to go. The place itself was also cozy as promised, with everything we needed to recharge during the day or come back to for the night at the end of the day. Elias also communicated clearly, was responsive to questions, and generally made our stay super easy.I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again when returning Södermalm!

Amazing little apartment that feels surprisingly spacious. Would gladly recommend the place and Elias as a host. He is very amiable, detailed when explaining everything and very responsive.

We have spent one week in Stockholm. the apartment was great. New, calm, and cozy. Great contact with the landlord. I recommend the place which is close to the city walking distance or metro. the apartment is new, everything as in the picture. The only problem was to have one key. The apartment has a modern look door system and that makes it a little bit trouble to share the key but otherwise the apartment is great! I will be back for sure .

Helt klart prisvärt om man är beredd att bo litet. Inte det roligaste området men det gick vänligt snabbt och smidigt att ta sig in till stan.Jag är nöjd med min vistelse

Beau logement et parfait pour 2 personnes. Salle de bain froide car en sous-sol (nous y étions en novembre) et escalier compliqué. 2e chambre à l'étage impossible à fermer la porte, trop peu d'espace. Nous avons passé des belles journées, merci Andrea.

Elias was the best host I had in all my travels in Europe. He was a great communicator and his home was spotless.
