The place is incredibly clean and quiet and located in a safe, quiet neighborhood with walkable paths, large trees and a beautiful view of the harbor. It's a block away from the 55 bus stop and a couple of blocks away from more bus routes/stops. Very walkable and easy transit from bus to subway. I stayed on the 5th floor in a room that faced the harbor and could lay in bed after long days of wandering the city and watch ferries, large cruise ships and other boats entering and exiting the harbor. This is a great value for such a clean, modern, secure, quiet place.

とてもいい部屋で、よく眠れました！清潔でした。一点だけ、トイレがとても狭かったです。それ以外は問題ありません。立地もよく、スーパーも近いですし観光にも便利でした。

Pontus var en jättebra värd! Svarade snabbt och flexibel med incheckningen. Boendet var som beskrivet och hade ett jättebra läge!

Good location when visiting Stockholm. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby and a Coop grocery store right next door. Apartment clean and tidy.

Elias's apartment is in a prime location near the subway and waterfront, making it ideal for those who want convenience and tranquility. The studio setup with a small kitchenette and bathroom is perfect for one person or a couple. Just keep in mind that the building can get a bit noisy, and the toiletries could use some improvement. Nonetheless, the fully equipped kitchen was a plus, and despite a minor issue with a window, I had a good stay overall and would consider returning.

Everything perfect!

This is a lovely location in Ostermalm! A very residential locations, tons of parks and walkable to cafe, supermarket, etc. Its about a 20 minute walk to city center but very enjoyable. The apartment is smaller than it looks. It was perfect for me and my partner, but I think four would be tight. The one bedroom is almost unusable and the kitchen can’t hold 2 people. But the living room has beautiful natural light, we enjoyed our time!

Me he sentido muy cómodo en este alojamiento. Elias ha sido muy amable conmigo en todo momento y ha respondido de manera muy rápida y agradable cualquier pregunta que le he hecho, ya sea del apartamento en sí como de los servicios cercanos al mismo. El apartamento es muy acogedor, muy luminoso y la verdad es que estaba muy limpio y ordenado cuando llegué, algo que valoro muchísimo y en positivo. Es muy fácil llegar al centro de la ciudad, o a cualquier centro comercial cercano pues tiene tanto paradas de bus como de metro muy muy cerca, y los servicios de comida a domicilio también llegan sin problema. Todo un acierto.

Die Wohnung ist toll gelegen - an einer ruhigen Strasse aber in direkter Nähe zu einem sehr netten Viertel mit vielen tollen Cafés etc. Die Küche ist klein aber reicht wunderbar, um mal etwas zu kochen. Ich würde wieder buchen :)

Elias’s apartment is a very affordable! I traveled alone to visit Stockholm. It’s very well located : easy going from for your check in and check out ( there is a metro nearby and only 3 stations to the central station). The neighbourhood is just amazing! I rent a bike and I could parked inside the yard! Finally, Elias is very responsive and and i thank him for that! he will give you all the details for your check in and he will give you the rules to follow which are quite simple! I loved my journey in Stockholm and you all feel cosy in this tiny studio!

The apartment was very cozy with small bathroom (which was mentioned in the description) but there is everything you need. Location is close to the city centrum. Perfect accomodation for a shirt trip.
