A bright and pleasant apartment, perfectly located in one of Stockholm’s trendiest neighborhoods

We had a great stay. It was within walking distance of the tram stop and a manageable walk to the centre. The apartment was clean and tidy. Everything listed was provided.

Een klein, maar prettig appartement. De locatie is ideaal met veel restaurants en café’s op loopafstand. Elias is verder een vriendelijke host, waarmee goed te communiceren was.

Really nice apartment with a beautiful balcony overlooking the water. Exactly as advertised. Well equipped kitchen and Andreas was extremely helpful throughout. Many thanks!

Communication was great as well as the place!

Jag är ofta ute på tjänsteresor och denna gång hittade jag boende precis där jag skulle ha mitt projekt och fick dessutom en fin och välplanerad studio till otroligt bra pris. Elias var väldigt professionell och tydlig med processen samt instruktioner för in/utcheckning.Han var väldigt flexibel och hjälpte även till att ordna en extra studio åt en kollega som hängde med på resan.Nu har jag lämnat Göteborg men vet till 100% att jag kommer att höra av mig till Elias gällande tillgänglighet inför nästa besök.Allt gott,CamiloFlexFolk Group AB

I have stayed at Helias home previously. Well equipped. Clean, Easy to find . Clear instructions. Near city centre. Calm area. I will prefer it again.

Easy walk to take metro into the city, but a quiet place to come back to in the evenings.

Nos hemos quedado una semana en este apartamento y simplemente ha sido perfecto. Super limpio, moderno y ordenado. Está un poco lejos del centro pero está muy bien comunicado con autobuses o barcos. En cuanto a Andreas, es un propietario cercano y atento. Repetiría la experiencia sin dudarlo

This a good place to stay. It had the basic things we needed for our 10 day stay. The only thing I missed was a second pot.

Fin lägenhet med fin utsikt. Är fortfarande en byggarbetsplats så man vaknade tidigt av buller. Lite svårt att hitta och något otydlig beskrivning. Finns en tv men går inte att titta på så mycket om man inte har netflix. Annars var min vistelse väldigt bra, nära till centralstationen.

The accommodation was beautiful, simple and modern. It really worked perfectly. Also, we appreciated very easy access to the center. We would really recommend it.

Great new and clean apartment and Elias is helpful and responsive.

We loved our stay at Fredrik's place. It is clean, tastefully decorated & nothing was missing. We felt immediately at home. Communication was easy and friendly. The place is located close to the metro and in a good area not far from the city center.I can totally recommend staying there!

We had a lovely stay at Elias’ place. It is a 10min walk from Bredang station, making it a great take off point for any adventures in and out of the city. Very quiet area, with some lovely walks to the beach nearby. Flat was as described, and Elias was always friendly and helpful.

Jag hade en underbar vistelse på Olofs ställe. Han var lyhörd och gav tydliga instruktioner för in- och utcheckning. Lägenheten är bekvämt belägen nära stationen med bra tillgång till bussar och tåg. Den är faktiskt mycket större än vad bilderna visar. Solskenet flödar in genom hela dagen och balkongen erbjuder en fantastisk utsikt. Det finns alla bekvämligheter du kan behöva, oavsett om du väljer en kortare eller längre vistelse. Jag skulle definitivt bo här igen!

Stockholm is spread out and you need to stay in a place that has a number of options. This is one of those places. The near neighborhood has everything for a long or short stay. Very convenient to get to transit, restaurants, groceries, and pharmacies. I think you will find this a great apartment where you can watch the sunset from bed.
