beautiful studio right in the heart of sodermalm! Elias gave clear instructions that made check in/checkout quick and easy. very quiet building in a reasonably private area, so you'll have a peaceful experience. I wouldn't recommend for anyone who struggles with carrying their luggage as the elevator stops the floor below, but if you pack light, you'll be just fine! last tip: as the skylight is right over the bed, I'd recommend bringing a sleep mask so the sun rise doesn't wake you!

The flat is very nice with typish swedish decoration. It is located 25 minutes away from city center by foot. The most pleasant way to join city centre from the flat is to take the garden "Tessinparken". There is also a metro station here called "Karlaplan". For a family, the rooms are perfect, but for 2 couples, I think one room is a bit too small. Only drawback of the flat is the bathroom which is very small with toilets inside. What we really enjoyed is that the flat is located in very quiet part of the city. There also 2 balconeys with nice view. Don't forget to bring dishwashing tablets if you want to use it :)Finaly Elias was very kind and we appreciated to communicate with him.Thanks a lot Elias for this very pleasant holidays !!

Small but lovely and quiet appartment with all we needed. Great area of town, very fast and reliable communications with the host.

We enjoyed the stay. The property looks exactly as on the photos. Very nice view on the lake from the balcony. As well as on the mountain. No construction noise. A spring that runs along the house was a bit loud though, so we could not keep our windows open all the time. But this was hardly a big inconvenience for us :) All-in-all a good value for money. We'll consider the place if we decide to come over in winter.

Our 4-night stay in Fredrik's central Stockholm Airbnb was fantastic. The location was perfect with numerous restaurants and easy access to museums and downtown via walking or bus. The apartment was spotless, modern, and fully equipped. Everything worked perfectly. Fredrik's clear instructions and quick responses to our questions made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

we had a good communication with Elias and he provided us with clear instructions. The cabins are on walking distsace from the City centre (15 min.). The whole area around has been upgraded with the focus on sustainabillity and circularity. also the rental bikes are easy in use and parked in front of the cabins. The whole cabin neighbourhood is quite calm so we had good nights. We can certainly recommend Elias as a host.

Lovely area and lovely building. I wish check in was early let and check out was later, but otherwise everything was easy and smooth. Close to the Viking Ferry terminal

Good accommodation for the money. Beautiful 10 minute walk to a metro station, 20 minute train to central Stockholm. Another scenic walk to Skärholmen centrum with lots of shopping. Quiet area. Had to keep my window slightly open at all times, otherwise it can get hot inside. Just enough hot water for a shower.

It's a nice place with a good connection to the city centre. Spacious and well equipped. Definitely a good option for a small group of guests.

Schön, massiver Fernseher, leider etwas tief. Kein Esstisch, aber alles andere war super.

Elias est très réactif, il prends le temps de répondre à toutes les difficultés avec précision et rapidité.Ensuite le studio est agréable, dans une résidence assez récente et dans un quartier en plein développement. L’accès à « centralstation » se fait rapidement avec un bus.La vue et le cadre sont très paisible avec une vue incroyable sur la rivière. Le studio est simple, propre et répond à toute les demande à un prix abordable.Je reviendrai sans hésitation.

Mysigt boende med närhet till vandringsleder och liftsystemet. Perfekt för en semester med vandring i fokus! Något jobbig promenad från stadens centrum (relativt mycket lutning upp till boendet) - men annars väldigt trevligt! Vi hade absolut kunnat bo här igen!
