Fijn appartement in een rustige buurt met parkeergelegenheid! Het centrum van Stockholm is eenvoudig te bereiken met de metro die op loopafstand is. Supermarkt(en) ook in de buurt. Ideaal verblijf voor een paar dagen Stockholm dus.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hat sehr gut gerochen. Die Bettwäsche war sehr sauber und Alles war perfekt vorbereitet. Für meinen Geschmack ist die Wohnung etwas hellhörig, aber gut das kann man ja nich ändern. Ich hätte mir eine bessere Küchenausstattung gewünscht, da fehlt es an einigen Sachen. Aber ich kann die Wohnung von Andreas wärmsten für einen Stadtbesuch empfehlen.

A great house in a great location. We enjoyed the stay with our family.Very clean and specious house.The only problem was a lack of wi-fi - but I guess it's a minor thing comparing to the rest.

A great affordable option for a short-term stay.

Superbra centralt boende som inte kostade hela plånboken. Lätt att ta sig till och från stan då busshållplats finns 500 meter bort. 10/10 allt som allt!

The place is a great deal within Gothenburg. The place is exactly as shown, close to Jubileumsparken and in a walkable distance to tram and bus stops that are very well connected to the city center.

Een heel mooi en modern appartement in een leuk oud gebouw op een fantastisch centrale ligging!

Fredericks place was in a great location, only a 5 min walk to local coffee shops, bars, restaurants with a bus stop right near to the apartment for going more central although we just walked everywhere as so easy.Bed was super comfy, very cosy bedroom for 2 people as the bedroom is quite small but the rest of the apartment is spacious and light.Bathroom only had a handheld shower which isn’t ideal but manageable.Kitchen was great.I would recommend fredericks place to others, great spot!

The apartment is great to discover Stockholm and one the coolest neighborhood. Every amenitie is very close and the metro station is at a 5 minute walk and will get you anywhere in the city. The apartment is beautiful and a great place to rest after a day of visit.

Le studio correspond parfaitement aux photos. Il est situé dans une jolie rue, calme et très agréable, en plein cœur de Sodermalm et à proximité de nombreux restaurants, bars, magasins, etc. Nous redoutions la salle de bain mais pour quelques jours en couple c'est faisable sans trop de problème. Je recommande !

Great place for the money. 18min walk from metro station. One downside is a paid parking. But looks like it paid everywhere in Stockholm and surroundings.)

We had a lovely stay at Elias's place. It was clean and well located, with a number of nice coffee shops just up the street. The people on the floor above can be heard walking, so if you're sensitive to noise, bring along some ear plugs, but otherwise the neighborhood and building were very calm. We were very happy with this choice of apartment. Thank you, Elias!

Die Unterkunft von Eilas in Göteburg ist äußerst zu empfehlen. Klein aber fein ! Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in der Wohnung. Es war sauber und man kann konnte sich wohl fühlen. Sie ist gut zu erreichen und man hat einen schönen Blick auf den Hafen und die Stadt darin enthalten natürlich der Wasserblick. Bei Abend sehr zu empfehlen! Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen kurz Trip braucht. (Küche, Bad- Ausstattung. Gefehlt hat uns ein bisschen Deko und Geschirrhandtücher, aber das ist Ansichtssache. Parkplatz gegen Gebühr vorhanden. Mit den Fahrrädern zum leihen ist man schnell in der Stadt und kann sich diese schöne Stadt anschauen. Zum Einkaufen sind es 5 min mit dem Auto. Nette Umgebung in einem kleinem Häuserpark. Alles in einem, sehr zu empfehlen.

Our stay at Fredrik place was very enjoyable. The apartment was located in a safe area and right next to a metro and bus station. It was clean, well-equipped, and an overall very good deal.

Appartement tout à fait fonctionnel et bien situé pour visiter Stockholm. Taille idéale pour deux, mais possibilité d’y séjourner à quatre. Petit balcon agréable. 15 minutes à pied de la station de métro, puis 3-4 stations du centre. L’hôte est très réactif.

Andra gången jag bokade detta boende. Det är kort promenad upp från byn som kan vara lite ansträngande med mycket packning men det är definitivt värt det. Lägenheten är utrustad med det man kan förvänta sig och passar utmärkt för en person, för jobb eller skidåkning. Då jag åker regelbundet till Åre så bokar jag alltid denna lägenheten om den är ledig!

Dette er tredje gang vi er i en av leilighetene til Elias og vi er like fornøyd som alltid . Kort vei til dagligvare , kort vei til offentlig transport , kort vei til sentrum og nok av tilbud for store og små i nærområdet . Leilighetene er stilfulle , ok utstyrt med kjøkkenredskaper o.l . Takk for oss , vi kommer gjerne igjen !
