Lovely little apartment, cosy and quiet. Was a perfect getaway and still close enough to Gothenburg central station (30 mins walk) and some local shops (15 mins walk). Would definitely visit again

Very nice place at a great price. Super clean. You can get to the center within 20 minutes of leaving the flat, by using public transport, located fairly close. Only thing to pinpoint is the lack of kitchen utilities and washtowel, which is a minor problem when just being two persons. All in all - super satisfied!

Very good stay. It was walkable from red line station. Good grocery near by.

Kohde oli rauhallisessa paikassa pienen matkan päässä Åren keskustan hulinasta. Oli mukavaa alamäkipäivän jälkeen tulla omaan rauhalliseen majoitukseen. Asunnon neliöt oli käytetty tehokkaasti ja asunto oli todella viihtyisä ja siisti, Kimmo vastasi nopeasti viesteihin. Suosittelen ehdottomasti!

Super logement, confortable et très propre !

It is a very nice apartment to stay for a short period. It is of size of a hotel room, but with a kitchen and a balcony. The balcony is towards a building nearby, so do not expect to see anything but neighbours. The subway is 10-15 minutes walk. There is a park nearby with a lake. Supermarket Lidl is a 5 minutes walk. Note that you cannot enter without a key and there is just one key. The apartment is new and the neighbours are quiet

The apartment was clean and well equipped for a three nights’ stay. It felt more like a hotel room than someone’s home however: some basic utensils such as a cutting board and a drying rack were missing (even though there was a washing machine which was great for us), and TV channels were not installed. Parking next to the apartment is expensive. The bed was comfortable.

The place was very cozy and spacious. Good place to sleep at. There was no cooking oil, salt or pepper, so if you want to cook then take your own with you. Everything else you need, there you can find it. ;)

It was a good deal for us, and the unit we got was clean and equipped enough, in a condition very similar to the photos and the description in the listing.Elias was also proactive by sending clear instructions which made the check-in/-out a smooth experience.Since we were driving our own car, access to the location was not a problem, but the parking lot nearby was rather expensive, except from 10 pm to 8 am when it's almost free.

Elias è un host che risponde rapidamente ad ogni richiesta ed è estremamente gentile. L'alloggio, corrispondente alle foto e alla descrizione, è adatto a due persone ma c'è un divano con letto supplementare. L'alloggio è pulito, curato e silenzioso.

Tolle Unterkunft für Städtetrip nach Stockholm im angesagten Quartier Södermalm. Perfekt für Einzelperson oder Paar. Bad und Küche sind wie bereits beschrieben sehr klein, aber absolut ausreichend für ein paar Tage, wenn man sowieso viel draussen ist. Danke!

Vi var en familie på fem som reiste sammen - fire voksne og ett barn. Leiligheten opplevdes større enn det så ut til på bildene, den ligger sentralt i vårt yndlingsstrøk i Stockholm, det er mange butikker og restauranter i nærheten, og veldig enkelt å komme seg rundt med kollektiv transport. Leiligheten i seg selv var veldig fin, godt vasket, enkel å komme seg til og å komme seg inn, og var perfekt for en familie på vår størrelse. Familien vår bestod av besteforeldre, oss og datteren vår. Det var stor nok plass i leiligheten til en slik sammensetning. Vi trivdes kjempe godt, og kunne tenkt oss å bo her igjen.
