An excellent apartment in a very cool neighbourhood. I would stay here again.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super (mitten auf Södermalm) und auch sehr ruhig, da die Wohnung Richtung Innenhof zeigt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und das Bett gemütlich, ordentlich eingerichtet ist es auch. Was leider wirklich garnicht geht, ist das Bad, bei dem die Dusche direkt über der Toilettenschüssel ist und gleichzeitig über dem Waschbecken. Das hat leider einen Dämpfer gegeben. Die Kommunikation war spitze und wir haben die Wohnung easy gefunden und selbstständig einchecken können. Deshalb im Großen und Ganzen eine gute Bude und reicht für ein Paar ein Wochenende von der Größe auch aus. Länger würde Ichs nicht machen, wegen dem Bad.

I had a great 2-night stay at Elias’s Airbnb. Everything was spotless and in good condition, good lighting and good bedding :)Even if it isn’t at a neighbourhood with many restaurants / cafés it is quite close by public transport to different spots in the city which makes it a really good location. Also, the city of Gothenburg has built some public open-air swimming pools that are just outside this apartment. This is a very nice plan for the good weather months 🌊🌞Great great stay! The location is awesome and close to everything in Sodermalm. This apartment is well appointed and efficient for up to 3 people. The loft bed is tight for two but the sofa bed was comfortable. The location of this place was ideal and we loved the vibe of the neighborhood. It's on a quiet side street on the 3rd floor and I felt very safe. The check in instructions didn't arrive on time, and we had a little trouble reaching our host, but to be fair we asked for early check in and he accommodated that. If the instructions had arrived earlier for both check in and check out it would have been easier. This is the only reason I didn't rate as 5 stars in every category. I would definitely stay here again.

Olof apartment was perfectly clean and tidy, the furniture was new, large bathroom, the bed was big and comfortable. The parking was right next to the building and we managed to find spot every time with no problems. The building was located near a busy road, but the windows insulated the traffic noise very well and we did not feel disturbed anyhow. There are grocery stores and coffee shops on walking distance.I would highly recommend Olof’s place to anyone visiting Stockholm by car.

stayed for 5 nights. great location and value. kitchen is bare, you need to supply all desired food suffs, such as salt, pepper, oil, etc. plenty of hot water as long as shower is run at low pressure.

It was a pleasure staying in Olof’s appartment. It was a spacious, cozy and well decorated place.We recommande it!

I loved staying at this place. It is convenient to downtown Gothenburg via bus, tram, or walking. To get to transportation, you walk by Jubilee Park which has nice areas to sit and relax by the water. The apartment is well setup and equipped and it was super clean when I arrived. Other reviews mentioned construction noise. To be fair, there is some, but I didn't find it to be an issue even though the apartment is right next to the construction site. I would definitely stay there again. Here are a few things to keep in mind:- There isn't a grocery store nearby, so pick up groceries when you're out.- There are several different bus and tram stops within walking distance. Be sure to know which bus/tram and which direction. Most people speak English and they are happy to help.- The loft has a very low ceiling. Since only the bed is there, it's fine, but be sure to keep your head down. - Try walking downtown. It's not a long walk and you'll go over a bridge with a great view.

Nice small appartment with 2 bedrooms . Very quiet . A supermarket not far from there but a little far from the center if you want to go by foot. Good communication with the owner and easy checkin

Beautiful place in a nice neighbourhood! The place was easy to commute from, with busses and T-train connection close by. Elias was very professional and helpful, would recommend!

Fredrik was a great host and his apartment is beautiful. The apartment is very spacious and has great amenities, like a washer and dryer. The location is great, a very nice neighborhood and centrally located. Thank you Fredrik for letting me check in a little early after my long journey. I had a wonderful time and would recommend his apartment as a great place to stay in Stockholm. Thank you!

Beautiful apartment, highly recommended.

Le logement est bien situé, bien décoré et la cuisine est très bien équipée. On s'y sent très vite chez soi. Il manque une théière et le four à micro onde est placé très haut. La rue est certes peu fréquentée par les voitures mais beaucoup par des gens très bruyants pendant une bonne partie de la nuit. Nous n'avons pas toujours bien dormi, bien que le logement soit confortable. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le quartier.

Man hat sich wirklich wohl gefühlt.Jederzeit nochmal.
