Great stay !

The apartment is very well located, very close to the city center of Stockholm with a lot of good restaurants nearby. From the apartment the city of Stockholm can be discovered by foot. For longer trips, the subway is very close as well.

Nice location and very easy to get inside

Leiligheten til Fredrik lå på en vakker øy med mulighet for å gåtur og jogge rundt øye. Bussen tok oss direkte til sentrum , ca 20 min. Fredrik svarte raskt , det var rent. Kjøkkenet hadde alt utstyr! Gode senger! Vi kan anbefale Fredrik og hans leilighet !

L'apartament d'Elias ha estat tot un encert. Era realment el que buscàvem. Molt fàcil arribar-hi des del centre, ben prop de supermercats i restaurants. Hi tornarem encantats.

The apartment is 35min Walk from Centre but 7min Walk and 5min bus so its very convenient while still being very calm. It’s newly built very lovely lofts in an old pier area which is undergoing a massive overhaul.The apartment is very nice, matched the description and is very good value for money for 1-2 people.Only reason for not giving 5 stars across the board was that the former guest had just left trash bags outside (which is weird when the cans are on your way out and convenient) and the cleaning staff had missed it. Other then that perfect score and Elias was quick and clear in communications.

Fredrik's place was great! Check in was straightforward, everything was really clean, some nice amenities, great location, and building felt really safe and secure.The neighborhood was super nice and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay honestly.

Veldig stilig studioleilighet i et fint kompleks med veldig enkel tilgang til byen via kollektivtransport.

Elias is an awesome host! He answered all questions in which I had even a short term question regarding an earlier arrival! It is a beautiful small apartment! With everything you need! I would come again if I have to go to Gothenburg again!

I came to Stockholm for work and stayed at Elias’s place. It was easy to get to, in a great location, and very comfortable. The host was super responsive and instructions were clear and easy to follow. I would absolutely come back!

An apartment thats very good located and close to everything you need.

Overall we really enjoyed this place, loved the location and vintage feel, although there were some oddities and functionality issues. Here's what I mean. PROS:-Location! In Gamla Stan, walking distance to everything-Large apartment, esp. for GS. Two levels!-Updated kitchen and baths-Kitchen stocked with pans, cookbooks, spices-Our host Elias was very responsiveCONS:-Can be noisy at night due to restaurant below -Not ideal for privacy. There are 5 rooms with beds, but the loft is open; one room closes with a curtain; another closes with a see-through glass door-There was enough hot water for our group of 7 if we took short showers and alternated times of day-No closets to use, as all were locked and marked "PRIVATE". There were 2 clothing racks, but the racks are low so dresses puddled on the floor-No bedside tables-Non-fitting sheets on some beds-No instructions for ultra-modern european appliances-1 hairdryer for an apartment that sleeps 8

We just needed a quiet place to stay for a night and the fact that you can park outside was a super plus as we traveled by car.

We had a short stay in Elias' appartment and are very satisifed with the facilities. The flat is new and spotless clean, it has everything what's needed. The area is quiet (we didn't experience any construction noise on weekdays), close to the public pool and a garden. The flat lies in the walking distance to the tram, which brings you to the center in a few minutes. The communication around check-ind and check-out was very effective and clear. Thank you for the nice stay!

The apartment was clean and elegant. Located in a vibrant part of town. Lots of excellent places to eat and an easy walk to many of the cities sites.

The apartment was great for its price. The location is good: the views are nice and even though it's not very close to the city center they are well connected, specially by metro. The apartment was clean but we felt that it lacked some basics, like sugar or an extra toilette paper roll. The bathroom is very small and can be inconvinient for a tall person. Overall would recommend staying here but 2-3 people max.

A old flat that has been renovated with modern amenities . Set on the outskirts of the lovely old town and close to all central areas , the harbor, the most interesting neighborhoods . Very easy to get around and enjoyed walking in gamla Stan outside the normal tourist hours.

V positive about the cleaning of the place. I value it a lot. We had some difficulty finding the right building, and the key. The place does not seem to be the home of somebody once you don't find things that people living in a place will certainly have such as salt, oil, vinegar, tea towel, and decent pillows - they seemed more like cushions filled with very little fiber. The bed was ok, and the shower v good. The location, in general, is good, as you have easy access to the city centre. I would recommend it to somebody that will not be preparing meals at home as explained above.

Great and clean apartment. Worth booking - the ceiling at the bed is a bit low and the stairs to the bed is deep - but workable / we enjoyed our visit
