I was actually given another apartment in the same building to stay at; as far as I know, it is identical to the one I originally booked, and this caused no trouble to me. The apartment is simple, functional, and small. Not exactly homely, but I was not expecting that, either. Check-in was super convenient and flexible. I feel the apartment is quite suitable for someone in need of a functional, barebones place to stay at for a few days. The place is easy to reach, but you should note that it takes about 30 minutes (by metro and bus/tram) to reach it from the city centre, and there's not a lot going on in the immediate neighborhood.

Appartement très cosy, comme sur les photos, bien équipé et tout confort!Idéal pour notre séjour à 4 avec nos 2 enfants :-) On se sent comme chez soi!Bien situé, à seulement 10-15 min du centre en bus (l’arrêt se situe au pied de l’immeuble et le bus 54 vous emmène en direct en ville, hyper pratique!).Entrée dans les lieux en toute autonomie grâce à un système de code. Olof est toutefois très facilement joignable pour toute question ou aide. Seul petit bémol, le souci d’écoulement dans la douche.Pour résumé, appartement parfait pour visiter Stockholm pour quelques jours ou plus! Chaudement recommandé! Merci Olof pour ce superbe séjour à Stockholm!

Andreas was very reactive and helpful when needed. The apartment was perfectly situated and nicely organized. Highly recommend.

Price is very reasonable compared to most rooms in Gothenburg! Waterfront view is excellent, room is very clean and comfortable! Bathroom is a bit small but overall a lovely place to stay for 3 nights! Elias was very careful with his instructions and made sure we were able to follow through. Thank you so much!

Die Wohnung war geräumig, gut geschnitten und schön hell. Die Schlafräume waren gemütlich mit guten Betten. Alles war prima vorbereitet.

Location is near a nice street with plenty of options for food and shopping. Easy to get to public transit.

We had a great stay at Fredrik’s apartment. The location was perfect, it was a quiet neighborhood but very close to the train station and many cafe’s, bakeries, and restaurants. Fredrik let us check in early and was very responsive. We would stay here again!

The apartment had everything we need for our stay, including a beautiful view on the small river next to the building (you can enjoy the sound of the river if you open the window). We left our bags in lockers at the train station (it is a good option if you arrive before the check-in time). Pontus is a reacting host, he provided all the information we needed for the check-in/out. Recommended.

The place offers a typical Scandinavian living experience. Modest but has everything needed for a pleasant stay.

My friends and I had a great stay in Stockholm here. Lovely interior, very clean and super easy to access. Had all you need if you’d like to cook for yourself too plus some teas etc which was really nice.

It’s a great option, it wasn’t expensive and the apt suits most traveler’s needs. I’d improve the curtains which don’t block light at all (and since in Sweden, close to and during summer there’s always bright sunlight, so bring an eye patch) and the pillows could be better as well.Other than that, great value, Elias communicates clearly and frequently, the place is super super quiet and not too far from Sodermalm.

Goede locatie als je Stockholm wil verkennen. Binnen 15 minuten met de auto zit je in hartje centrum. De ruimte zelf is klein, maar praktisch ingericht. Het heeft alles wat je nodig hebt.

Een onwijs leuk appartement in de oude stad van Stockholm. Het appartement had een betere indeling, dan te zien op de foto’s. De verschillende wijken in Stockholm zijn goed te bereiken vanaf het appartement. Ook de communicatie met de eigenaar hebben wij als zeer positief ervaren.

Beautiful place. Not really for living a more extensive stay, but surely amazing for short visits. Authentic and beautiful room, perfect location.
