Praktiskt o funktionellt boende fint belägen nära bergbana. Extra stort tack för fantastisk hjälp/service utöver det vanliga efter upphittande av kvarglömda värdesaker i boendet och ovärderlig hjälp i ett brådskande panikläge

Tres bel appartement... Juste il a etait dommage : pas les bon codes a l'arrivée, perche pour fermer le rideau du velux cassé donc pas de noir pour dormir, et drap du sommier pour le canapé lit 90 au lieu de 180... C'est dommage par rapport à la qualité du lieu ! Ormis ces quelques détails a rectifier je recommande le lieu car bien situé. Cordialement

Excellente semaine dans ce bel appartement propre et moderne, quartier calme à 5mns à pied du métro.Les photos font paraître l'appartement 1 peu plus grand qu'il n'est mais c'est suffisant pour 3 personnes.Dommage cependant que le couple ne puisse pas dormir dans la chambre (mais sur le canapé dépliable du salon).Un regret également : l'absence de volets ou de rideaux occultants (uniquement des stores à lamelle) mais sans doute est-ce dû au fait que nous, Français, sommes habitués à dormir dans le noir. Il manque peut-être également un peu de vaisselle que nous étions obligés de laver au fur et à mesure (alors que nous aurions pu attendre un peu grâce au lave-vaisselle).Nous avons également constaté que la salle de bain est rapidement inondée quand nous prenons une douche (il semblerait qu'il manque un joint en bas d'une porte)Un grand merci à Fredrik dont les instructions ont toujours été très claires et qui a été très réactif quand nous avons eu un problème avec les toilettes

Very nice place and location, right next to the ski slops. Kimmo was on top of things; very nice, celandine and well organized place and as needed was also easy to reach and communicate with. Can indeed recommend.One thing the place is up a steep hill so with fresh snow & Ice can be a bit of a challenge to drive up the whole way up to the place (normally should not be an issue, and for sure not for a 4 wheel drive, but once or twice during our stay with fresh snow that was not yet cleared/plowed away we did struggle reaching the whole way up to the place with the car; but again not the end of the world & could easily work around this inconvenience to enjoy this great location right by the lifts and ski slopes)

Great place and perfect location!

We had a very lovely stay at Fredrik’s apartment. It is a very nice and quiet apartment that is close to the subway, restaurants, shops and grocery stores. The area is perfect for a short or long stay. The apartment itself is extremely clean, and has stylish décor, a comfortable bed and new appliances (including a washer and dryer). Fredrik was a wonderful host and very responsive. Would stay there again anytime!

Prisvärt boende, det var litet men perfekt för två om man inte har som intention att va i lägenheten hela dagen. Väldigt smidig incheckning och perfekt med en bra ski in och out!

Bra boende, men mycket bra läge vid Tott-liften. Smidigt att ta bergbanan ner till Åre by och upp till Fjällgården.

Bra praktisk lägenhet med ski-in/out läge. Lagom för 2 personer. Sköna sängar. Perfekt att lakan och handdukar ingår samt att det finns tvål och toalettpapper, liten men värdefull gest. Bra och snabb kommunikation med värden.

Gångavstånd till lift och superfin utsikt. Välutrustat kök. Sköna sängar.

Fredrick provides us several informations to find the apartment : Bus or Metro.VSo, very easy to find.It's a very nice and quite place.Well organized. The bus is very closed to the apartment, easy to move everywhere.Many restaurants around.I recommande it.

Lägenheten hade ett fantastiskt läge nära liftar och Åre torg. Den var otroligt fin och modern. Kan varmt rekommendera den

great place to stay in åre if you are looking for a basic apartment at a reasonable price. the tott hotel is totally ski-in and out and Pontus was a great host. always responsive and proactive to the few issues we encountered. would recommend staying there but pray for better skiing conditions than we got
