Elias placed is excellent for a short visit to Stockholm...restaurants and plenty of touristic locations are at walking distance..Nightlife is also at walking distance..the room was spotless clean and Elias was always very fast on replying back in case you need him. I will recommend Elias room to any other visitor.

We enjoyed this quaint apartment for a family vacation. It was in a quiet neighborhood right next to the bus and the train, so getting to the city was quick and easy. There was even a cute outdoor restaurant/ bar within walking distance for beautiful Stockholm evenings. It is a small place, but very cute and clean. We had an issue with a broken bathroom door knob and he took care of it promptly which we appreciated! I would recommend to others.

Ett bra boende i lugn miljö för sommarsemester i Åre. Trevlig uteplats med jacuzzi och pizzaugn och fantastisk utsikt mot Åresjön. Nära till såväl aktiviteter som restauranger.

Great place to stay in, recommended.

The place was perfectly situated in Gamla Stan (old town) near shops, groceries and ferries. The home had everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom and sitting areas. The space was artistically decorated and had lots of places to eat, relax and sleep. We had trouble with the key code but was quickly helped by Olof so we had no problem getting in.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location was great and very nice to be able to walk along the water. There are many restaurants and it is very family friendly. For it to be such a busy area there is not a lot of noise and it is peaceful. Transportation is close by and there is affordable garage across the street if you need parking. The space was perfect for a family of 4 and we would definitely stay here again.

Ett fint och fräscht boende. Elias informerade om allt man behövde veta. Boendet kan dock ses som lite avlägset då det är i ett område som är under uppbyggnad och som kanske inte är det mysigaste för tillfället. Trots det är det inte så värst bullrigt och man kan enkelt och snabbt ta sig in till centrum. Utsikten från loftgången är också rätt fin över vattnet. Det är ett plus att lägenheten hade luftkonditionering under varma dagar. Jag hade kunnat tänka mig att bo här igen.

The low price justifies five stars. However, there were a few inconveniences. The host withheld check-in information until seeing our social media pages (he accepted LinkedIn, but this still felt somewhat invasive). Be warned also that the host does not provide detergent for the advertised washer-dryer. We arrived on a Sunday evening and so were unable to purchase detergent in the city. Lastly, despite charging a cleaning fee, the host requires you to strip the bed and take out the trash.

Beautiful apartment in a nice spot in Stockholm, close to restaurants and short transport to all the central places in Stockholm.We were a family of 4, and it worked out well. There is no door in the bedroom, which is fine, but just something to keep in mind. My only feedback would be to have more kitchen cutleries and tools.Overall, can highly recommend the place, and we enjoyed our stay.

Отличное жилье. Очень хорошее расположение. Новая, удобная мебель и техника. Очень чисто. Есть замечания насчёт поиска ключей от дома, была дана не совсем корректная инструкция.
