Great sunny apartment with plenty of space for 4 adults to stay for a week. Host very responsive making everything easy. All amenities listed and more were in apartment (hair dryer, TV, etc.). Clean, modern, well equipped, no clutter, easy access to both bus & metro within close walking distance. Check-in/out as well as daily access easy with keypad entry to both exterior and interior door, very helpful. WiFi was strong and reliable which was great. Apartment can sleep 6, so very comfortable with 4. Kitchen was nice size for easy meals, full size fridge & freezer. An elevator a few steps from apt door if you do not want to walk up one easy flight of stairs. 2 balconies will be nice in warm weather. Bathroom on the smaller/European size, but worked fine one person at a time. Heat worked very well and windows, blinds in great condition. Comfortable beds for all. Nice hall with closets. Charming older apartment very nicely updated :) Will return next time in STK. Highly recommend to stay.

Very well located apartment. Good and numerous shops nearby. the apartment was adequately equipped. A third chair at the table was missing because there were three of us. otherwise the apartment was very clean and well equipped. the communication was very good. there was very quick response to questions and clear instructions on how everything works. I can only recommend.

Cozy apartment close to all amenities in Duved. Near the ski bus, byliften, and ample parking. Great to have a sauna for after ski relaxation!

We had a great time in Fredrik's apartment in Stockholm. Kungsholmen is a good starting point to explore Stockholm by foot or by metro. The apartment was exactly as described and has everything you could wish for. The communication with Fredrik was uncomplicated and very friendly.

The apartment is in a great location, very clean and well decorated! However only one of the beds was made when we arrived and the dishwasher was full. There was also only one roll of toilet paper and no dishwasher tablets or laundry detergent. It would have been nice to provide those things so that guests don’t have to buy more than they will need. Otherwise, the apartment was really nice.

Gorgeous apartment in central Stockholm. Easy walk to museums, shopping, and a ton of restaurants but inside the unit is bright, peaceful and quiet. Tons of space and nice separation between living room and bedroom. If you use the washer/dryer, note that both plugs don't seem to fit the socket at the same time so you may have to unplug one to start the other. Everything seems new and works great though. Thanks Fredrik, we loved it!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Kimmos Wohnung. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Das Ski In and Out hat super funktioniert. Die Wohnung war so wie beschrieben und wie sie auf den Bildern zu sehen war. Alles hat super funktioniert.

Har bott på Tott tidigare och även denna vistelse gör att jag gärna kommer tillbaka.

perfect location to stay as a first timer tourist in Stockholm. best small shops and restaurants & metro/ bus stops are right around the corner. plenty of convenient stores/ supermarkets nearby too. would be better if the bed is not that soft and with more adequate lighting. overall it's a very pleasant and happy stay for me! will definitely come back!

Andra gången jag bott i en av Pontus lägenheter och jag har varit väldigt nöjd båda gångerna. Mycket prisvärt, nära till Tott-liften och man kan åka bergbanan ner till Åre torg smidigt och enkelt.

Kimmo’s place was great for our one week skiing trip to Åre. Location of the apartament was perfect, skiing lift right next to it, that was accessible from the building via a bridge on the 4th floor. We did enjoy our stay, thanks Kimmo!

Dejlig lejlighed, som har en flot udsigt ud over havneområdet og fra 4. sals højde. Den er ikke helt indrettet til 5 mennesker dog.Selve området er lidt rodet med en masse byggeri, men kan man leve med det, så er den super lækker.
