Smidigt, inga konstigheter

FrDerik has been very kind. All the time perfect communication . The apartment is as the pics. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 children, as the apartment has one double bed and 2 air beds. Very clean, perfect!The location simply PERFECT! Fredrik helped us all the time with our doubts. Thanks!!! Totally recommend

Lägenheten var perfekt och värden var väldigt kommunikativ och trevlig. Det enda minus var att det var extremt varmt i lägenheten. Vi kunde inte heller öppna fönsterna när vi skulle sova, för bilarna lät väldigt högt.

It was a pleasure to be your guests, thanks for hosting! Everything was okay (incl. free parking), modern and in good condition. We (4 people) were at the top (3rd floor), there is an elevator to access, if you want.First I just like to announce, it is very nice there, a bed for two upstairs, the other one „downstairs“, if you convert the couch to a bed. The sink is modern, but a little bit too small for comfort use, unfortunately not changeable, but good to handle.One thing, that would be very nice, if it would be there: A (small) handheld squeegee to dry the floor in front of the shower.If I have been again in Stockholm, I would check to book again.

Great little place in town, close to everything! Elias was very informative regarding the flat, communication was overall great. I really enjoyed my stay and would easily return to the same location.

The apartment is perfectly located to explore Stockholm. The neighbourhood is very enjoyable with many bars, restaurants, etc. nearby. The room itself is clean and basic, and for us, it was exactly what we needed during our two nights stay. We did not cook for ourself, if you want to do that, be aware that the kitchen(ette) is very tiny/small. Also the shower and toilet are in the same, very tiny "bathroom" which makes showering not that comfortable - but seen our other stays in Scandinavia, a toilet and shower combined on top of each other doesn't seem to be that exceptional. The building in itselfs is completely full of Airbnb apartments, which makes the 'at home' experience that is advertised a bit ironic - it is rather a 'hotel apartment' experience. The communication with Elias was very good: we got immediate replies (however, it is clear that it's rather a company running the apartments and not an individual owner), and he was very flexible to extend our check-out so we could leave our luggage and we didn't have to look for any luggage storage for a few hours, which was very pleasant.

Bra kommunikation! Kunde checka in senare på kvällen än vad som står i annonsen. Gav snabbt svar på övriga frågor jag hade. Dock saknades en rullgardin för ett utav fönstren som gjorde att morgonsolen lyste in när man själv försökte sova. Men annars rekommenderar jag hyresvärden! Fin utsikt över Åre.

This appartment is well located to explore Stockholm by walk. We travelled with our little babyboy and everything we needed was provided in the appartment. We really recommend this place!

It's a perfect place for a great holiday in Åre! The apartment is spacious, modernly furnished and equipped with everything you need. We felt like being at home!

Vi tackar för en toppen vecka i Åre hos Ann-Christin! Vi hyrde både stuga och lägenhet, så hade hela terrassen för oss själva med fantastisk utsikt. Fick plats 8 MTB cyklar på terrassen under tak. :-)Mycket trevligt och hjälpsamt värdpar!Vi hade missat att de mindre dubbelsängarna bara var 120 cm, men Ann-Christin löste detta rekordsnabbt och ordnade en bekväm luftmadrass som komplement. Stort tack!Detta boende kan varmt rekommenderas!

Clean and in a good area of Stockholm, can recommend

The location is perfect, very close to different streets with many restaurants, very lively! You’re in an area occupied by locals more than tourists but still close to all the attractions, if you don’t mind walking 30min to an hour you can visit everything on foot. Elias’s apartment is clean and tidy, the kitchen is not very comfortable for cooking but if you mostly eat out it’s fine. There’s a big tv with Netflix witch is nice when you want to take a break. I recommend this place!
