This apartment is in a good location in Gamla Stan. Check in was very efficient and the property was as advertised, clean and warm (the latter of which was particularly important to us as we visited in January). The property is on the the third floor, and there is no lift. This did not cause us any problems, but it may do for others. Also, guests should double check that they bring all their belongings with them when they leave as Fredrik made it clear that anything left could not be returned.

Perfect place for a couple days of skiing.

Fabulous loft apartment and very responsive host. Would definitely stay here again!!! Apartment is well equipped and can sleep up to five comfortably. Wonderful that there is even a washer/dryer in the unit. Highly recommended.

Amazing stay! The view is incredible and the place felt very cozy. The apartment has everything you need. The ski in ski out was great although if its too windy, the t-bar wont be running on that side of the mountain. We had to walk 10 mins with our equipment to get to the other slope. We stayed for 1 week and honestly we could have done another. We did not want to leave and we will for sure be back soon 😊 Really recommend this place for a weekend or 1+ week!!

Dit appartement in het oude centrum van Stockholm is een prima uitvalsbasis voor jouw bezoek aan Stockholm! Het appartement is gelegen in een smallere straat en daardoor komt er niet al te veel daglicht binnen maar als je overdag in de stad bent en ‘s nachts slaapt heb je daar geen enkele last van. Wij hebben er een prima verblijf gehad. De matrassen zijn vrij zacht mocht jij graag op een heel hard matras slapen dan moet je hier rekening mee houden. De douchetijd totdat het warme water op is is vrij kort.

It was a very pleasant stay. Super central which makes it easy to explore the city. The apartment was small, but fine for our need - and for a short stay.

Clean and light apartment with a good location and a lovely view

The perfect apartment to stay in for a relaxed break in the old town. We spent 3 days and 2 nights in this apartment whilst we explored Gamla Stan. The links to the airports were easy to navigate and the location of the property was perfect for all sightseeing/ travel/evening entertainment options. The apartment itself was actaully bigger than we were expecting with an en-suite bathroom, a lounge are and a kitchen. We didnt make use of the kitchen because we were not there long enough but it was a nice option to have. The check in and out was straight forward and quick and the instructions/suggestions by Fredrick were precise and easy to follow. All in all we loved out stay and we would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to explore Stockholm by day or night.

En smart planerad och praktisk lägenhet. Det mesta finns i lägenheten och badrum och kök är fräscha. Smidigt med t-bana väldigt nära och också både matvarubutik såväl som restauranger. Karlaplan på promenadavstånd. Var beredd på att det är något lyhört.

A great apartment for skiing in Åre! I would recommend booking the parking with aimo, in the garage. You can go directly with the lift up to the room. The apartment is well equipped. We enjoyed our 6 nights stay there. Thanks for the good communication!

Toppenboende!

Trevlig lägenhet med bra läge precis vid tottliften. Skönt med återvinning och sopor i källaren. Smidig kommunikation och incheckning.

I stayed at Elias lovely apartment for a second time within a short time frame, it was just as pleasant as the first time. Well situated in the nice quarters of the Old Town. A very clean and comfortable apartment well suited for short or long stay. Effortless communication with the host. Recommend it highly!

Overall nice studio, sort of a mix between apartment and hotel room. Close to the centre of the village but a steep walk up or down the hill. Cons: no freezer, microwave or oven in the kitchen, only a stovetop and fridge. The fire alarm also seems to be too sensitive, other people wrote about this problem as well. Pros: comfy beds, ski-in-ski-out, floor heating in the bathroom so wet clothes dry comfortably over night.
