We spent a great weekend at this place.

Nice little apartment for a good price. Everything you need for a short stay in Åre :) The check in was a bit confusing and the map location for the lockbox was not entirely clear. But other than that, no other remarks.

The place is clean, modern, owner responds fast when we have to trouble shoot some things, let us checked in 20 mins early, the pictures and directions are fool proof, near the bus station and allowed us for easy travel despite of the heavy luggages that we have to haul. An electric kettle will be convenient, but I don’t know about Sweden if it’s a thing here coming from Canada. It’s an easy fix though, just boil water from a pot! Haha! Thanks Olaf, and will recommend your place and other listings to family/friends when they visit Stockholm. =)

Elias’s home was just as excellent the second time staying there as it was the first. I will be looking to stay there for each of my next upcoming trips as well. The location is great and close to Medborgarplatsen, multiple grocery stores with wide hours, and lots of food and bars. The apartment itself is a perfect size for 2 people to stay comfortably. 10/10 recommend

Great location. Clean. Very responsive and friendly host. Kitchen has what one needs but not more. Spacious flat but sparsely furnished. Small bathroom. Noise sensitive neighbours which might not make it suitable for families with younger kids.

Bon séjour à Stockholm. Très petit appartement, il paraît plus grand sur les photos. Loin du centre ville mais il y a le métro à 7mîn et le bus a 4 min à pied. Il faut faire les courses aux centre ville, il n’ a qu’un petit supermarché au métro. Très jolie balade autour de l’île juste en dessous de l’appartement.

The apartment is as descibed, lovely attic studio with skylite windows, a little kitchen and bathroom. Wifi is working good., double beds comfy. Water needs to be run for a bit before turning warm, which is typical for old buildings like this. A small elevator running almost to the top, sound can be heard in the apartment but it's not used often and didn't bother us. The neighbourhood is just wonderful, full of restaurants and cafes - also a grocery store and bakeries just a few minutes walk away. Beautiful walks such as Monteliusvägen very close by, and also it's easy reach to old town via one of the bridges. The apartment is also just 30 minutes walk from the Central Station if you rather walk than take the metro. I warmly recommend a stay at this apartment!

All was as expected, the flat was very clean and well located. The host was nice and helpful. No complaints, it was a very good stay!

Super Wohnung etwas außerhalb von Stockholm, jedoch gut angebunden an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr.Alles sauber, ordentlich und neu. Gerne wieder.

We had a lovely time at this cosy place. The location is perfect, the Appartement was clean and everything worked out great. We appreciated the tips by the host on how to get to the Airbnb and back to the airport as well as the general easy communication with the host. Over all we really enjoyed our stay!

This apartment was a perfect place for us (my husband and I) to stay for two weeks in Stockholm. It is clean and comfortable with a beautiful view in a quiet neighborhood. It is a few minute walk to public transit that can get you anywhere in the city. We worked from home most days and the desk and chair worked great for us. The unit is well decorated as photographed and the location is great for a longer stay. We enjoyed the beautiful nature walks along the water, just outside the building and there is a nearby grocery store with everything you need.Andreas was always responsive and helpful. His house rules were clear and reasonable. He was also willing to work with you if you had a special request.

We spent in Elias’ place four nights with my parents, and we had a really good time there. It is lovely small apartment with a good location and beautiful view. I think it would be great place for a couples.

Really nice appartment well located in Stockholm.The historical center (Gamla Stan) is at 15minutes walk.

Really helpful instructions

The apartment is located close to the city center in a calm area (metro easy to walk 5-10 mins, bus stop in front of the apartmanent). Check-in and check-out were very smooth, we got all the important information in advance (self-check-in). The place was clean and even though it is located in the ground floor, it was full of light. Bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom are tiny, but there is spacious living room with dinning table. I would recommend this place for group of 2-4 people - we were 2 and both of us had its own bedroom. It is good value for money and I would definitely come back.

The apartmentis really nice and it is easy to get into the city. The Lidl is also not far away from the apartment.

Very good looking appartement in a nice location. The host was helpful and quick to reply. It was very hot in the apartment, even with the radiators of which made sleeping somewhat uncomfortable, other then that great stay.
