Dejlig lille ren og pæn lejlighed med en super central beliggenhed.Rigtig god information fra Elias om alt det praktiske, og han er hurtig til at svare, når man skriver til ham.Varm anbefaling her fra - og vi kommer gerne igen, hvis turen går til Stockholm en anden gang.

a perfect, quiet place for you stay in Stockholm. 17 minutes to the city centre, cca 7 minutes from a train station.

Logement de très bonne qualité et d'un excellent rapport qualité/prix pour Stockholm. Nous étions une famille de 4 et la localisation nous a semblé parfaite : proche de 2 métros, coulée verte en bas de l'immeuble pour accéder au métro et faire ses courses. Vraiment top! Niveau équipement de l'appartement, le minimum nécessaire est là ce qui est déjà bien. La cuisine pourrait être un peu mieux équipée en ustensiles afin de pouvoir cuisiner un minimum (l'intérêt de choisir un appartement pour une famille...) et un balai/balayette a pu manquer pour ramasser les miettes au cours du séjour. Nous avons trouvé l'appartement impeccable niveau propreté. Attention à ceux qui seraient sensibles à la lumière du jour au petit matin... nous étions prévenus dans l'annonce mais s'agissant de fenêtres de toit, le jour arrive très directement dans la pièce. Cela ne nous a pas dérangés mais autant prévenir ! 🙂 Il est également perturbant de ne pas pouvoir ouvrir les fenêtres... on s'y fait.

We had a great stay! Really lovely, well-equipped studio, just as described. Nicely decorated and super comfy bed. Hosts were accommodating and easy to communicate with. The neighborhood is very cute and hip, lots of great food and cafes. Highly recommend!

Really convenient location & affordable spot for being so close to the city! Check-in was a bit difficult since the keys & apartment door were unlabeled but we were able to figure it out. The apt is a bit older than what it looks like in the pictures and the kitchen is lacking in spices for cooking. However, the space was a lot bigger than we originally thought, had great sunlight, and both beds were made/set-up before arrival. Bathroom also had a hairdryer! Overall, a really great space for the price and location. There's a ton of great restaurants/cafes nearby and super walkable with two metro stops ~5-10 min walk away & bus stop in front of the place. Also very quiet neighborhood!

The appartment is as beautiful as it is in the pictures. The neighbourhood is quiet but the connenctions with the metro are great and you are in the city center in no time. The check-in and check-out instructions are clear and easy to follow. I would recommend this apparment highly!

Saknades lakan till bäddsoffan men det ordnades till slut, resten var toppen, härlig utsikt.

We had a great stay at Fredrik’s place! Close to so many restaurants and museums. The communication was flawless and the apartment is very cozy and clean. Highly recommend to stay at this place!!

Loved our stay at Fredrick’s place. It’s such a great location and makes it very easy to walk to many of the main sites. The place looks exactly like the pictures and everything was comfortable and spotless.We would definitely stay here again if we visited Stockholm again!

Great apartment for a stay in Stockholm. Metro nearby (500 m). The description is very accurate and explicit. Fredrik was friendly, proactive and willing to help with advise. Great beds, very clean and neat bed linen. Fredrik provided us with plenty of clean and good towels. We hardly used the kitchen, but it seams fully equipped with toaster, water boiler and an option to make coffee. We would not hesitate to visit the place again.

The flat is in a cool hipster neighbourhood of Stockholm. Elias answered all our questions quickly. The décor is nice but showing its age (the listing implied it had been recently renovated). The smaller bedroom was missing a curtain or blind over one side of the window so that neighbours across the courtyard could look directly into the bedroom. We were not happy to sleep/dress in view of other people so we taped tea towels over the window. The sockets in the kitchen for plugging in the kettle or coffee maker were not working, nor was the extractor hood. We raised these issues the day we arrived and received a reply but no action was taken to fix them during our stay.The street is quiet but there is a bar a couple of doors down and we could hear noise on Friday and Saturday nights from the smaller bedroom (not in the rest of the flat). It wasn't very loud but it might bother some people. Overall we had a pleasant stay but also stayed better places in Stockholm.
